Pretty Dress Wrong Color
My dress was delivered to me a different color than the dress on the website. Instead of pink and green the dress came orange and green. I can’t return it because of their policy. Be careful ordering from dope without labels.

I was a little wary at first due to…
I was a little wary at first due to reading a previous review but I can genuinely say that the buying experience has been excellent. Order arrived nicely packaged and in quick time. I ordered over the weekend and have received today being Wednesday. The order comes from Italy so I expected a few business days from dispatch to delivery. I highly recommend Dope-factory 👌

Order never shipped, no refund after 6 years. Lied to make me delete review
Order placed in May 2020 for a ~$300 pair of sneakers. The item was never shipped, and I have still not received a refund after 6 years. I’m a sneaker collector based in Australia. Initially, I was patient because I really wanted the pair. For the first several months, they responded to emails and claimed the delay was due to shipping issues, assuring me the order would be fulfilled. It never was. When I requested a refund, communication became unreliable. It often took multiple follow-ups to get a single reply, and although they repeatedly promised a refund, no payment was ever made. During COVID, this situation made things even harder financially. It should not take years of chasing to receive either the product or a refund. Update: After I posted a negative review, they contacted me and promised a refund via international transfer if I removed it. I agreed in good faith. Once the review was deleted, they failed to follow through and stopped responding when I asked for confirmation. This pattern of promises without action has continued. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and drawn-out experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Fast Shipping & Great Quality
I shop from Japan, and the shipping is amazingly fast! They ship the item either on the day of purchase or the next day. When ordering from overseas online shops, items sometimes arrive with stains or imperfections, but everything I’ve purchased from dope has always been clean and in perfect condition. It’s a very reliable online shop, and I highly recommend it.

Brand confirms item was floor-worn. Store kept half my money.
I ordered a Rier Walker Overcoat (€585) described as "brand new and unworn." Before buying I specifically asked them to verify mint condition. They confirmed. The coat arrived with a stretched buttonhole, loose yarns, and heavy creasing. I contacted RIER directly — the brand's founder reviewed my photos and confirmed the damage was from "hanging for a long time on a hanger" and that the item appeared "tried on a few times already." Dope Factory dismissed the manufacturer's assessment and refused to acknowledge any issue. Returning from Japan was an ordeal. Despite four written confirmations that I was "welcome to return" and an offer to generate a return label, they later claimed no formal authorization existed once the box arrived. The final insult: they deducted €235.50 from my refund for Italian customs charges. The Poste Italiane paperwork shows they filed the return as a standard business purchase instead of a return of previously exported goods — ignoring their own original export invoice that would have qualified for a duty exemption. Of €585 paid, I received roughly €300 back. The brand says it wasn't new. The store says it was. I'll trust the people who made the coat. Update: The store replied claiming the return was "outside the standard deadline." This is false — the item was delivered on February 9 and the return was requested on February 10, one day later, well within their 14-day return window. If you're an international buyer, avoid this store.
