Ordered a 1-year supply bottle only to receive a product with a "Best Before" date expiring just 5 days after delivery. Complete lack of quality control on inventory before shipping. Very disappointing experience.

I have bought from the brand for a while now, but the last 2 times the Nmm powder became weird, with a different texture, not like the ones I used in the past. Contacted customer service in regards to that, but they couldn’t do anything about it … It happened at least twice So, I am not trusting this company anymore Looking for a replacement!

I value the products, but the lack of transparency and customer service have destroyed my confidence in the company

I have been a genuine supporter of DoNotAge and I still value several of its products. Unfortunately, my recent experience with its Subscribe & Save practices and customer service has, for now, completely undermined my confidence in the company. My concern began with SIRT6Activator. DoNotAge states that each capsule contains 400 milligrams and that the serving size is one capsule, yet its annual Subscribe & Save does not allow customers to subscribe to one capsule per day. The minimum is 800 milligrams per day, meaning two capsules every day for a year. This would be easier to understand if it were a consistent Subscribe & Save rule. It is not. With products such as NMN and TMG, DoNotAge allows customers to choose annual subscriptions below, at and substantially above its stated daily recommendation. With SIRT6Activator, the one-capsule serving is simply unavailable. I have found no transparent explanation for why the rules of the same annual subscription programme change from product to product. I contacted customer service specifically about this. The response did not answer the question. Instead, I received what I regarded as a passive-aggressive opening followed by a generic suggestion that I use the DoNotAge Routine — a fixed combination of numerous active ingredients which plainly cannot be assumed to suit every customer. Worse, examining this issue led me to look much more closely at the categorical health and efficacy claims made for SIRT6Activator, including claims concerning DNA repair, inflammation, metabolic health and longevity, while relevant human research on this product is still ongoing. I now have serious concerns about the evidential and regulatory basis on which some of these claims are being presented to UK consumers. I have asked DoNotAge to provide a straightforward resolution: offer a 400 milligram-per-day annual SIRT6Activator subscription consisting of one 366-capsule container, explain transparently how Subscribe & Save quantities are determined, and substantively address the scientific basis for its claims. Unless these issues are properly addressed, I intend to report them to Trading Standards, the Competition and Markets Authority, the Advertising Standards Authority and, where appropriate, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency. This review is pending the outcome of that complaint. I will amend it if DoNotAge resolves the issues. Until then, it remains one star. I genuinely like many of the products. I absolutely hate the customer service and what I consider an opaque and potentially misleading commercial practice. A good product is not enough if I cannot trust the company behind it.

Never Again...

I listen to meditations at night and one of them mentioned DoNotAge sachets briefly as a helpful aid. Layer I found out that the company amit to sending free products to influences to advertise them, but choose them wisely. Choosing a sleep hypnotist seems very unethical and I have boycotted both product and "influencer". As for the product, I found the taste appalling chemical and it gave me heartburn for the first three weeks. The customer service mentioned taking it in two portions which did help. After a month I felt more energy, although I always dreaded taking the shake. My chemist fiancé found me no alternate source of the active supplement (NMN) for about a 1/7th of the price!!! No more extortionate rip off disgusting shakes for me! Win!

Buyer Beware! Poor Business Practices/Customer Service and Not Listing All Ingredients!

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service — Agreement Was Not Honored And Ingredients Not Listed On Product/Website I placed my first order ever with Donotage in June 2026 for the newer 15-in-1 sachets. Before ordering, I carefully reviewed the ingredient list for ingredients I cannot tolerate or normally avoid. Also reviewed the return policy.  After purchasing, I discovered the product contained Stevia and Erythritol, both of which I have typically reactions to. I decided to try half a sachet for 4 days and on day 5 could not even stomach the taste and effects of a few sips... my reactions made it impossible for me to continue. I contacted Donotage to request a refund. I was initially told I would have to ship the product back to the UK at my own expense. I was quoted more than $90 for return shipping, which was completely unreasonable considering that was nearly half of what I had paid for the product. I questioned why there wasn't a U.S. return option or another reasonable solution. At that point, a representative from the company contacted me directly to discuss my experience. He acknowledged that other customers were also having difficulty tolerating the product and explained that they were working on removing the Erythritol. I informed him of my issues with Stevia as well and concern to try the revised product.   He really wanted me to stay with the company and try the revised product once it became available, which I was told would be "in a few months." He specifically told me I did not need to return the product I already had and could "give it to someone else or throw it away." He offered approximately $200 worth of free product to try while waiting for the revised sachets. He also told me that once the revised product was available, another bag would be sent to me free of charge and, if it did not work for me, I would receive a full refund without having to return it. I was hesitant and suggested that they simply refund my money now and send me a few revised sachets to determine whether I could tolerate them rather than sending me another full bag. He insisted that they wanted me to try the revised product and some of their other products in the meantime. I agreed based on those terms, and I have emails documenting the conversation and confirming my understanding of the agreement before I accepted the offer. The company even placed the order for the "free" products for me after I had difficulty using the credit they provided. Fast-forward to last week. I contacted Donotage to find out when the revised sachets would finally be available. I was then told they would not be ready until the end of 2026 or possibly into 2027. This was already far beyond the timeframe I was originally given. By this point, I had also realized that I was even more reactive to Stevia than I had previously understood. I therefore contacted the company and asked for the $203 refund that I had been promised if the product ultimately did not work for me. I even explained that refunding me now would actually save the company money because I knew I would not be able to use another bag of the product. At this point, after months of waiting and repeated changes to the timeline, I simply wanted the refund based on the agreement that had already been made. Instead, I was asked how many sachets I had left As I suspected, the terms suddenly changed. I was told I would receive only $8 credit due to my using $195 of my credit for the supposedly "free" product and would have to return the 23 remaining sachets for a 50% refund in store credit. This is extremely frustrating because the representative specifically told me I did not need to return the original product and could throw it away or give it to someone else. Had I followed his instructions and thrown the remaining sachets away, I would have had nothing to return now.  He also insisted on giving me free product for my troubles and to keep me engaged in the process. I have the emails documenting the conversations and the agreement. This is not a case of misunderstanding what was offered. I relied on the terms presented to me by the company's representative, and those terms are now being changed after the fact. Unfortunately, the way this situation has been handled has completely destroyed my trust in Donotage. The product did not work for me, the promised timeline changed repeatedly, and when I finally requested the refund I was promised, I was given a completely different set of conditions. I will never purchase from this company again. Buyer be aware of poor customer service and not listing all ingredients. Customer service means honoring the commitments made to customers, especially those documented in writing. After multiple emails back and forth last week, I have now been forced to get my banking cc institution involved.
