My order showed up wrong
My order showed up wrong. Emailed service to replace the shirt. Two weeks later I got an email stating they will replace the shirt.

I ordered a t-shirt that arrived with…
I ordered a t-shirt that arrived with holes in it! I contacted customer service and their response time was pretty quick. After a few emails back and forth they re-sent the t shirt. As stated in another review, the tracking was vague but I did receive it. And this time in perfect condition.

Never received my order
Never received my order, even though I was told it had been signed for. I did not sign for it, and I was home at the time the order was supposedly delivered. The tracking was extremely vague. It showed the package as delivered to the town where I live, but did not identify the actual last-mile carrier or provide any proof of delivery to my address. I contacted the seller and requested either a refund or verifiable proof of delivery, including the signature they claimed existed. I received no response. I then opened a dispute through PayPal, but the seller simply stated that the order had been “signed for” without providing any evidence to support that claim. PayPal ultimately closed the case in the seller's favor based on the seller's report that the item had been delivered. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to be careful when purchasing from this company. I certainly won't be purchasing from them again.

I’ve ordered two t-shirts, quality was very good, but unfortunately they were damaged during the shipment. Fortunately customer service was able to solve the problem the fastest way it was possible. My recommendation

The T-shirt looks great and the dog design is really nice. The material is comfortable, and it fits well. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend it.
