Company accountability and good product
I purchased these on June 30th with an expected delivery date of July 3rd. They did not arrive until July 7th. I sent an email to them with my disapproval. I received an email back stating they were giving me a full refund plus I could keep the product. Very good of them to be so accountable. With great misfortune, the product didn't fit my Chihuahua at all. Way to big and I ordered the XS. However, I held them to my ears and there is a significant sound reduction. Not sure it's great for dogs with severe PTSD but for lighter disruptive sounds I think it would work well. It's worth a try anyway.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Bought winter 2025, because my Aussie had issues with the beeping noise from the plow trucks and other large trucks, and did nothing for him. Couldn't even get them secure over his ears with the velcro mess they use for holding it in place. And doors not reduce the noise. If I can still hear it, it surely is more noisy for my poor dog.

I’m so surprised that these people sell this without any consequences. It’s not gonna help with any type of sound. Don’t waste your money. Shame on you that you prey on people who want to help their dogs survive loud environments!

Recently tried to purchase a toy for my dog for Christmas, the toy I wanted was $24.95, instead of telling me it wasn’t in stock and to pick another toy they sent me a “replacement” that was only $9.95 and that if I didn’t want it to send it back. My card was still charged $24.95 so I asked them to send me a new toy with the remaining $15, but after 10 emails they just refunded it because they didn’t want to eat the shipping cost. Pretty frustrating..
