I contacted this pharmacy to ask for some information about a very expensive treatment that they advertised as being in stock. The tone and attitude on the phone were absolutely terrible. I felt like I was disturbing them. The first time I called, I was rushed through the conversation, and at the end, the phone was literally put down on me. I called a second time and experienced the same rushed and rude attitude. Once again, the phone was put down on me at the end of the call. I wouldn’t trust this company enough to place a £500 order with them. I definitely do not recommend them.

I usually order through another company but these were slightly cheaper so I took my chances. I should have read the reviews before I did this. They would not accept my prescription being emailed to them which is what I usually do online with no problem. When I asked them to cancel the order they took a £5 administration fee. They seem like an absolute scam company

Great pharmacy. Staying in the uk on holiday and didn't bring enough of my medication which cannot be prescribed by a GP, only a specialist. Getting seen by a specialist here would take years... Thankfully this pharmacy took my european prescription and processed the order incredibly fast. Cannot be thankful enough as i need that medication monthly and im here for another month. Got it today. Nice safe packaging for the meds. Thank you soooo much

I had a very disappointing experience with Dock Pharmacy. I placed an order and uploaded a photograph of my prescription. The pharmacy could clearly see that I had a valid prescription, but later informed me that they required the original paper prescription to be posted to them before they could dispense the medication. Whilst I understand that pharmacies may require the original prescription for legal reasons, what I do not understand is why I was charged a £5 cancellation fee when no medication had been dispensed and the prescription had already been reviewed. The website wording regarding prescriptions was confusing and led me to believe that sending a copy electronically would be sufficient. Only after placing and paying for the order was I told that the original had to be sent by post. When I requested a refund, I was told that because I had agreed to the terms and conditions, £5 would be deducted from my refund. Their response was that they could see I had the original prescription but was refusing to send it, therefore the charge would still apply. In my view, charging a customer £5 simply because they choose not to proceed with the order, despite the pharmacy already being able to verify that a valid prescription exists, is unfair and poor customer service. I would have preferred a full refund and a more customer-focused approach. Instead, I was left feeling penalised for what appears to have been a misunderstanding caused by unclear instructions. I will not be using this pharmacy again. Reply to the response i got: Dear Doc Pharmacy, Thank you for your response. I understand that you require the original prescription before medication can legally be dispensed. I have never disputed that requirement, and repeating it does not address the point I raised in my review. My concern is the £5 fee retained from my refund. You had already received and reviewed a photograph showing that I had a genuine prescription. No medication was dispensed, no medication was posted to me, and the order ultimately did not proceed. Yet £5 was still deducted from my refund and described as an “administration fee”. Simply stating that a charge appears in your Terms and Conditions does not, by itself, answer whether that charge is fair and proportionate to the actual administrative work carried out. I also find the suggestion that this fee is an “important safeguard” against inappropriate or illegal purchases rather unconvincing in my circumstances. The requirement to receive the original prescription is the safeguard. Charging a customer £5 after an order does not proceed is a separate commercial charge. I am therefore not questioning your legal obligation to obtain the original prescription. I am questioning why you consider it reasonable to retain £5 from a customer when no medication was dispensed or supplied, particularly when you had already seen evidence of the prescription. Your response has not changed my view of the experience or addressed that distinction.

Helped me out at short notice with a medication that my usual pharmacy wasn't able to supply. Saved me a lot of time and effort as a result. Very grateful for their assistance.
