I could never get sales and i don't…

I could never get sales and i don't know how to cancel subscription! Please cancel!!!!!! It appears to be fake and a scam!!!!!! i was billed September 25,2025,October 14,2025 and November 14,2025 and the site was not easily to navigate and items were always out of stock ect. I tried to use in January 2026 and still unable to use this platform. SCAMMERS!!!!!

The management team changed

The management team changed, and it appears the new team made decisions without fully understanding the history, the issues, or the efforts made to resolve them. After following the instructions provided by their team and investing significant time and resources, our concerns were not properly reviewed. A better understanding of the situation and communication with suppliers would have made a big difference. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to do business with them.

Do not use doba people

Do not use doba people. Their wholesalers are trash with trashy products, youll get lots of returns and suppliers wont refund, and doba sides with their suppliers. Suppliers will send old stuck stock which isnt even the same item youd list on your shops. Stay 5000 miles away from doba. I have tried them twice for 3 months last year and gave another chance this year thinking it would get better, but nope they are garbage wholesale supplier. Majority suppliers are pricing above amazon walmart etc prices, so u get a few suppliers who will ruin your accounts. If i could give negative stars i would. The government should interfere and close down doba asap. Their suppliers also uses malicious tactics in terms of shipping labels.

They Advertise Integrations They Don't Have

They advertise that they support WooCommerce integration, but they don't actually. You can only manually download and upload products, and those downloads are only available on upper-tier plans. But most of the additional features that come with the upper-tier plans are also not applicable to WooCommerce. Most of said features only work with Shopify. If they do not support all features you pay for on any given platform, that platform should not be listed, period. At a minimum they should plainly state that their entry-level plan is not compatible with WooCommerce, given how common it is.
