Fabulous sofa, brilliant people
Wonderful friendly people in the store in Huddersfield - Olivia and Richard. So knowledgeable and understanding about needs and preferences. They do what they say they will do and apologise and make things happen if they make a mistake. This is so refreshing in a world where people hide behind technology. The product is incredibly well made and our Hampton Saloon Hare leather sofa is absolutely beautiful - a stand out piece in our lounge. It is so well made we have to thank all the people involved in producing it. The delivery was great too; they made sure to protect both the sofa and our property from scuffs or damage and were polite and friendly. They took away all the rubbish and left us with a gorgeous piece of furniture in situ. I would definitely recommend DC and have done so to all our friends and family. Keep doing what you're doing and we will be back if we want more furniture in the future. A&A

They made it right
Edit: I'm happy to say that the company has since reached out to make things right. I still love my Belchamp sofa and hope I will love the second Manhattan that they have offered to make at no charge. Thank you to Ruth and Distinctive Chesterfields for reaching out to fix this. I look forward to shopping here again. I will leave my previous negative review here for posterity. Formerly: Bought a green sofa straight out of the catalog, loved it. Ruth was great. So I bought another one, straight out of the catalog, the Manhattan in antique red just like the picture. Ruth was great. A month later the finish began coming off, by three months the sofa looks like it came from Furniture Factory Outlet. Ruth has ghosted me. Tired of emailing her and have no idea who else to contact. I guess leaving as many bad reviews as many places as possible is my only recourse. Try to warn as many people as possible. Jessica

A very beautiful pair of chairs that…
A very beautiful pair of chairs that just ooze quality. everyone that's seen them have been knocked back at how great they look. Have to mention Giacomo and Andrei at the London showroom they were so helpful and patient. would definitely recommend Distinctive Chesterfields. Fantastic chairs and service.

Great product and great communication
Great product and great communication. Delivery was a bit chaotic - hence the 4* - but overall a great provider. I have already purchased a sofa and some years later an armchair and ottoman. Very happy with it.

Andrei at St. John’s Hill
Andrei at St. John’s Hill London gave us his utmost attention and time whilst we made our decision on which Chesterfield to order. It’s an investment furniture item and with so much choice of style and material it is important to get it right. He has a lot of patience! The delivery went very smoothly too. We are very happy with the service we got although the manufacturer took longer than expected because of a delay in the availability of the leather we chose. Not a problem though. It was well worth the wait. Thank you
