Your latest commercial says the cool kids go to Disney world this summer will that's terrible because some kids are considered not cool if they're poor and their parents can't afford to take them to Disney world that's a terrible commercial how does it make kids feel when their parents don't have the money to take them I guess they're not cool are they!!!👎😡

Our experience at Disney World was extremely disappointing. We travelled from the UK with our son, who has a medical condition and requires additional assistance. What Disney doesn't make clear is that you cannot arrange accessibility support before you travel. You have to be in the USA before you can start the process. Once we arrived, we were told we had to visit the park and complete a video assessment with a member of the accessibility team. Only after buying expensive tickets, travelling thousands of miles, and going through this process were we told that Disney could not offer the support my son needed. As a result, we were unable to use the 14-day Disney tickets we had purchased, costing us a significant amount of money. We asked Disney for a refund and contacted them several times by email, but we have received no meaningful response. Our experience was heartbreaking and added unnecessary stress to what should have been a special family holiday. If you are travelling with a child who has a disability or medical condition, I strongly recommend confirming exactly what support Disney can provide before purchasing tickets. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible for us before leaving the UK. Based on our experience, you may wish to consider other theme parks that are able to offer more suitable support for families with additional needs.

All Star Resorts! DANGEROUS!! If I could give a 0 I would! BEWARE! This resort maybe disney but there are no cameras! We parked our new vehicle in the parking lot so we could shuttle into the disney parks. During our stay our vehicle was hit. A good samaritan reported seeing our vehicle get hit and said the other vehicle took off. The Security people lied to us and said that the offenders reported it and we needed to file a claim so we could match the claims with the Florida police. After all is said and done…. No Claim! There is not ONE CAMERA IN THE PARKING LOT! The security department laughed at us and said well at least we were not driving! We spent a lot of money on this vacation. Thought we were safe and secure by disney standards and turns out Beware……. If an incident was to happen this resort is not safe! They themselves stated NO CAMERAS! They did offer free 11.00 dollar breakfast for our inconvenience! Horrible! Buyer beware! This resort is dangerous by today’s standards! It may of only been a vehicle but what if a child had been hit in the parking lot? What if someone with an angst decided to shoot up the place? Our last day of our vacation ruined! Senior citizens with a 1000 dollar deductible. It’s the security bold face lying to us! We don’t need to be pacified until check out but told the truth they don’t care! Disney world no longer what it used to be
I'm not going to go into all the recent rules and changes disney has made, suffice to say one change made me decide never to return to their parks. They ban smoking anywhere inside the parks. No where can you light a nice cigar after a big meal. In the past there were 2 places only for smoking. So if you were in tomorrow land you had to walk 30 min to frontier land to light up. I'm not a heavy smoker but I enjoy smoking a few times a day. If im going to spent hundreds of dollars and 12 hrs anywhere, I would like to know I can smoke. It's really sad how downhill those parks are now. Again, im not going to name all changes, just the one that was the cherry on the cake to me. I'm shocked the ratings on every site say they suck now with 1 star only...obviously they care nothing about their guests, just making money...they care nothing about people's enjoyment, just pass people through like an assembly line and get their money. Such a shame...for over 50 yrs I visited disney parks dozens of times and I was about to go again soon until I read how screwed up they run the place now...even if you walked off say in some remote corner where no one is around, just to lite up for 5 min, you will be asked to leave.. talk about a waste of money. Sad that place sounds like a dump now...I saw videos posted ...must have been thug night...people fighting got thrown out but that never occurred in the past! The wife is actually happy saying she would rather see Paris than those parks again...I was the one pushing it but not anymore. If you have never been, read all the new rules, you may not like it...sounds like it sucks now...sad...
