An amazing database ruined forever now.
An amazing database ruined. And now run by people who do not even have an interest in music. Used to sell records on here. Stopped when they introduced the noodly, user-unfriendly obligatory shipping policies must do set-up. An unnecessary, overcomplicated dull chore to be able to simply add the shipping cost, which you could otherwise do in one second Several years not selling on discogs now. Geniuses, not. Besides they will tolerate rule-breaking sellers if the volumes they are selling are huge, ignoring aggrieved buyers with unsolved issues. In other words aiding and abetting I and plenty others reported a Japan seller (name starting with the word 'kitter') who simply ignored you when you brought to their attention sub par product or other issues. Discogs threatened to cancel my account when i applied pressure. In other words silencing me. I even had to go to paypal who were amazing. Would return to discogs afrer years selling elsewhere but just looking at their shipping policy tutorials, form-filling PER LOCATION you sell to drove me to abandon this attempt altogether.

Discogs ignoriert Hinweise und Fragen und bewertet Käufer negativ obwohl man bezahlt hat. Discogs deckt Verbrechen, Verkäufer die bestellte Artikel nicht zusenden und zusätzlich Forderungen für Versand stellen werden von Discogs gedeckt. Erhält discogs Geld für die Deckung von Betrug? Der Kundenservice von Discopgs ist extrem schlecht

I had to register again as my account…
I had to register again as my account was inactive for a very long time. No problems doing that but find now that I am unable to purchase an item in my country due to shipping policies not set up properly on accounts. They will not allow you to even message a seller to enquire about the item. Use Vinted instead, I am very unhappy with it as this is a load of sh*te!

Poor customer support
Poor customer support. If you have problems with a seller you are in your own. It was a huge deception. No more purchase on Discogs for me.

He comprado varios discos de vinilo para poder ampliar mi coleccion y para escuchar mis artistas favoritos. Y no he tenido ningun problema con los vendedores, todos han sido amables conmigo y me ayudaron en todo momento al contactarles, la calidad de los discos es como la que yo esperaba y superaron mis expectativas. He leido varias reseñas sobre de algunos vendedores que estafan y tal, y como dije anteriormente no he tenido ningun con ellos. Eso es depende con quien das tu voto de confianza para comprar lo que llevas deseando conseguir y tambien depende de la honestidad de uno, pero aun asi, tengo un par de quejas sobre esta pagina. Este sitio parece que intentan exprimirte el maximo dinero posible engañandote con los precios, la queja principal que tengo es sobre eso. Me parece absurdo que en un inicio te muestren que el album vale entre 10-20 euros y que al final te sale a 50 euros por el envio que me parece un precio absurdo y que ademas tenga que pagar mas por el envio que por el vinilo que es lo que realmente estoy comprando. La ultima queja que tengo. Es que tambien te obligan a usar PayPal si o si, sea para comprar o cobrar lo que has vendido en este sitio, no te deja en ningun momento elegir el metodo de pago que quieres usar, ni con tarjeta de credito o debito, cuenta del banco, tarjeta virtual etc. Es solamente con PayPal y eso me enfado muchisimo.
