Excellent,trustworthy and value for money.
Very nice fella called Jason booked my caravan in for the same week I phoned him. No one had recommended this company but I definitely will be. I was so impressed with the outcome and value for money. Was friendly service and respected our property. Thank you Jason. We will be calling you again.

98% of their deliveries are next day? Don't think so! I've been waiting 5 days and it's still not here. Tried to call them and it's an answering machine! No delivery email to track.

Refuse to answer questions about their product
Emailed them to get a copy of the Safety Data Sheet for their Pet Pro Multi Surface Floor Cleaner. They said on their website that we can email them for this info, which I needed to understand the safety of the product for my particular floor type. A man named Gavin answered. He misunderstood my question, treated my like I am stupid and refused to send the data sheet. Now it's making me wonder what is in their cleaner, since there is no ingredient list online and they refuse to send the safety data sheet.

Needed a few cleaning fluids
I found Dirt busters online. It was easy to. Navigate the number of categories online. I found leather cleaning/upvc cleaners. I could not be more pleased the delivery was quick. A problem arose so I contacted their customer service wow I got a reply & the problem was sorted. I am so pleased & would recommend this company & it's quality products to anyone.

Ok this is my reply,,you probably are a decent man or woman that to be honest I’m not interested in,,your stove glass cleaner as I’ve said is totally crap,you follow the instructions to a tea it removes the lighter darkness but the main stubborn stains no change ( try it yourself) and after trying it write a review and a honest one,the product is absolutely crap,you want me to send batch number etc I’m not in in doing that ok,I’m not interested in getting my money back ok I’m not interested in suing the Knickers off you ok,I’m interested in warning others about this sub standard product,,I’ve said your relying on one hit wonders,,I can’t get my head around this,,you make a crap product that doesn’t work and basically relying on everyone buying it but no return customers,,it shows me how you run a company,,listen come up here in the morning after I have a burn the night before,I will make you a coffee and let you go to work,after I hear you say wow your right then you make a review ok,,I don’t want to put this product down or your company,i never leave bad reviews in this case I’ve no choice ( it’s crap full stop
