Completed the offer - 145,744 Emeralds never received
Title: Completed the offer, no reward, and no meaningful technical review I completed a Digital Turbine Offer Wall task through Hero Wars: Alliance and did not receive the promised reward. The offer was Zen Tiles: Magic Match. I opened the offer through the Digital Turbine Offer Wall, followed the redirect to Google Play, installed the game and completed the required Level 100. I actually reached Level 103. The reward displayed during the x4 promotion was 145,744 Emeralds. Digital Turbine rejected my claim, stating that my click was not attributed to DT. I explained in detail that I had entered Google Play through their Offer Wall and asked them to investigate the original click and installation, including timestamps and attribution records. I also explained an important detail: after I completed Level 100, the offer disappeared from my DT Offer Wall even though I had not received the reward. I later reopened the offer, which may have created another click. I specifically asked DT to check the ORIGINAL click rather than only the later interaction. Instead of answering these questions, support repeatedly stated that the crediting system is automated and that they cannot make changes. I asked them to clarify: * whether the original click was recorded; * which timestamp they checked; * whether the Google Play redirect was recorded; * what installation/attribution information was checked; * whether a manual technical review was possible; * what evidence a user can provide when automated attribution fails. I did not receive meaningful answers to these questions. I have provided screenshots and offered to provide additional technical evidence. I would strongly recommend that anyone using Digital Turbine Offer Wall take screenshots or screen recordings before clicking an offer, during the Google Play redirect, after installation and after completing every milestone.

Absolute Zeitverschwendung. Die Aufgaben werden nie getrackt und der Support schiebt die Schuld von sich. Und unter keinen Umständen reale Kontaktinfos bei den Aufgaben angeben, dieses endet im Telefonmarketing und man wird das nicht mehr los!
