Impressed with customer support and bug fix turnaround.

As a new UK-based customer of DigiSigner, I ran into an issue where the input fields I added to a PDF weren't being saved. I called their support team and quickly got through to a friendly and knowledgeable representative. We worked through several troubleshooting steps together, and when we couldn't immediately resolve it, he raised a ticket and promised to come back to me before the end of their working day on the US West Coast. True to his word, they did. After investigating, they identified that the issue was caused by using the keyboard arrow keys to re-position the fields. As a temporary workaround, they advised me to reposition the fields with my mouse instead, which worked perfectly and allowed me to continue using the product while they logged the bug with their engineering team. About a week later, I received a follow-up email letting me know the issue had been fixed. I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the customer support, the clear communication throughout, and how closely the support and engineering teams appeared to work together.
