I am very disappointed with the quality…
I am very disappointed with the quality of these car mats. I paid around $225, so I expected a premium product that would last much longer. After only two years of normal use, the driver’s side mat has completely worn through, exposing the inner material. For a product in this price range, this level of wear is unacceptable. The mats looked good when they were new, but the durability is very poor. I expected much better quality for the price I paid. I would not recommend these mats to anyone looking for a long-lasting product. The attached photo shows the condition of the mat after just two years.

Mats don’t fit and ignoring all communication
Ordered some some mats at the start of the year. The game and didn’t fit in my car. At first they seemed helpful and sent a replacement. However when the replacement arrived, it was exactly the same as the first one. I contacted them again and they requested photos. I sent them loads of photos and videos to which I never got a response. I’ve now left 5 emails and 4 Facebook messages on their chat and they’ve been ignoring me for over a month. Out of pocket and still don’t have mats that will fit in my car

Quality has gone down over the years
Ordered mats for my 2024 Tesla model 3 highland since I previously had the mats in my 2022 Tesla model y and they fit great in the Y so I felt like they would be great again. NOPE! The quality definitely went down, the fitment is horrible. Reached out to the company with pictures and videos hoping they’d help. All they said was that it fits properly when it clearly doesn’t. Huge difference in this set and the previous set. Next time I would go with Luxus instead.
