Misleading - they are the same as Bandika
I have decided not to purchase from this company after adding things to the basket on their website. I realised they are essentially the same as Bandika - an infamous brand with 3.4. on Truspilot. The same products, similar branding and websites, the same registration address. Found this very misleading, and potentially a way to avoid bad reviews. Also with every new step at the checkout the price kept on rising by a small amount . Even before I added delivery cost. Prices changed from what was declared at the listings once I pressed on an item. And the use of AI - generated models with unrealistic bodies creates quite a weird impression at this day and age.

Amazing customer service beautiful outfits
Possibly the most positive customer service experience I’ve ever had, ordered some outfits for a really important to me festival, unfortunately I had some issues with choosing sizing and also an issue with my PayPal account not taking the correct payment. So I sent an email which was replied to within a few minutes, my sizing issue resolved and a new order placed to make sure my items would arrive in time. Gabby and Teddy made a really stressful experience simple and resolved everything for me. After getting new payment sorted gabby had my items shipped within hours after personally packing and even reviewing correct sizes. The level of care was something I just didn’t expect considering I’m ordering from a different country shipping time is so fast. Although the customer service is the main thing I want to praise I think it would be so u fair not to mention how beautiful these outfits are! The quality and originality is unrivalled some of my favourite pieces I’ve ever owned! Devil Walking feels like you part of the family not just another customer they genuinely care and get stuff sorted out for you. Cannot praise them highly enough! Thanks guys xx

This quality is absolutely amazing
This quality is absolutely amazing! I bought two outfits, and I love them both. It’s so rare to find something this unique and stylish. I’ll definitely be buying at least two more!! Wow, the customer service is incredible—I highly recommend them! I ordered a size M, and both outfits fit perfectly. ♥️ I absolutely love this brand, and the service is outstanding!!!

Great Customer Service
This is my second year ordering from Devil Walking for VELD Music Festival, and their customer service has been amazing both times. I had a deadline because I need my outfits before the festival, and Gabby responded so quickly, checked my order, and even marked my deadline in their system to help the team prioritize it. She was incredibly sweet, reassuring, and made me feel like they genuinely cared about making sure everything arrived on time. That's the kind of customer service that keeps me coming back. I can't wait to wear my outfits at VELD this year—thank you, Gabby, and the whole Devil Walking team! 💚
