Be careful of what you buy on their site
If you dont wanna read this long ah text, in brief, derschutze is very inconsistent with its quality, they have clothes that could prolly last years and some that feel like they were made by shein. Good shipping times and allat. I have been recurring buyer of derschutze and I have a few things to share. Firstly, customer support has not been a problem at all, really helpful and quick so others saying they havent responded seems not so legit. Quality wise, derschutze is very inconsistent. Their clogs, from what i've experienced do not hold up at all, and i don't think it's just a defective product (or I might just be very unlucky) the embroidered upper was half torn from the base, the lace's button broke so they were basically unwearable after a single month. Thankfully, they're currently in the return process so I'm gonna get my money back (yay). So if you ever wanna buy from them DO NOT BUY THE CLOGS (personally i would not take the gamble). However this isnt the only time a product of theirs was badly made The first thing i bought from them were the gallery jeans, they felt like they were made by shein. The material didnt feel like jeans, then the back pockets' corners tore after a few months, then the front pockets just desintegrated so i couldnt have anything inside them. Basically just really horribly fabricated pants. It still does have it's ups tho, their raw denim pieces do hold up quite well, jorts too, and a ton of their pieces are in fact good quality. My friends have told me their loafers they got from derschutze have been holding up even when playing football in them (dont know why theyd do that) Shipment is fast, expect around 5 days before shipping if their collection just dropped, but otherwise they usually send them in a few days.

Ich weiss nich wad die leute hier konsumiert haben, aber meine Erfshrung war top. Ich hab nen zip hoodie und nen Schlüsselanhänger gekauft, und die Qualität ded Hoodies ist wirklich geisteskrank gut. Versand war auch relativ schnell

hat ehrlich reibungslos geklappt
Ich wollte schon länger was haben von Schutze, und hab mir die Reviews durchgelassen und hatte tbh schon bischen angst, aber hab mir gedacht wer nicht wagt, der hat keine chance auf den jackpot und habs bestellt. Paket kam heute (Mittwoch) an, hatte erst Montag bestellt. Die Qualität der Hose war überzeugend, werde auf jeden Fall noch mal bestellen und mir ein paar Zip Ups und noch ne Hose holen.

I placed Order #232479 for the Lotus V2 Indigo Denim jeans and received the package without any issues. I returned the jeans for an exchange to a larger size, following all the instructions provided. I included the completed exchange form inside the package and shipped it back within the required time. On 6 June, after already waiting several weeks without any update, I contacted customer service to ask for the status of my exchange. I received no reply. Since then, I have sent three emails and submitted multiple contact forms through the website. Today is 30 June, and I still have not received: any confirmation that my return was received; any update on the status of my exchange; any indication of when my replacement jeans will be shipped. The complete lack of communication is extremely disappointing. I understand that processing returns can take time, but ignoring a customer for weeks despite repeated attempts to make contact is unacceptable. I genuinely like the brand and was looking forward to receiving the correct size, but the after-sales service has been very poor. I hope this review encourages Der Schutze to finally respond and resolve my exchange. Current status (30 June): No response after multiple emails and contact form submissions, and no update regarding my exchange.

The fastest shipping I have ever had
The fastest shipping I have ever had. Was on my doorstep by 2 days even though it wasn't expected until 7 days. The jeans i ordered are my best pair of jeans. They fit perfectly at the waist and legs. Are the perfect "baggy" jeans with amazing embroidery as well. Great store!!
