Charged £24.99 for a product I never received – extremely frustrating experience
I subscribed to Dermatica and received my first order. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel the product worked for me, so I cancelled my subscription. Despite cancelling, I was still charged £24.99. I disputed this payment with my bank on 29th July and the money was initially returned to me. However, the dispute was later declined and the £24.99 was taken from my account again on 17th August. I have contacted Dermatica multiple times to try to resolve this. They keep telling me that they cannot refund the payment because it was disputed with my bank. However, the dispute has now been resolved, the £24.99 has been taken from me again, and Dermatica has received the payment. The most frustrating part is that I have been charged £24.99 for a product that I have **never received**. Despite repeatedly explaining this, I still haven't been given a refund or a satisfactory resolution. The whole situation has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I don't believe a customer should be left out of pocket for a product they haven't received, particularly after making repeated attempts to resolve the issue directly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dermatica and I certainly would not order from them again.

Dermatica are brilliant!
Dermatica are brilliant! They made a customer plan specific to my rosacea struggles, and it's the first product to work for more than just a few weeks. Their customer service is top rate, and they're based in the UK. What a fantastic company. I highly recommend them!

Brilliant tretinoin results so far
I switched from Klira to Dermatica and asked to continue my basic tretinoin prescription, which was half the price of Klira's. I'm just over a month in and really impressed with the results. My skin is still plump and looks hydrated, just as I'd hoped.

I recently had a query for Dermatica asking for them to apply a discount despite me already starting my subscription. They responded to be quickly and applied this as a goodwill gesture, to which I am very grateful for. My product arrived quickly with a consultation which was thorough and helpful. I’m excited to have a journey of good skin and learning how I can look after my skin in its best way. Thank you to Jessica who took my request!
