So disappointed, 1. Contact: Pre buy - quick reply, post buy - no reply. 2. Item description: Website - Condition: Excellent, JLC Box, Booklets, Warranty, Authenticity Card & Pin Tool IRL: Condition: Very good, JLC Box - fair (tears and stale stench, Booklets YES, Warranty YES, Authenticity Card - none whatsoever & Pin Tool - missing (eventually acquired after 4 hours of waiting on the street, though I didn't get invited to wait inside). 3. Delivery: The Pizza Guy (didn't look like a Luxury Depot repesentative) was 40 minutes late and had no knowledge about the merchandise. The package delivered was incomplete: missing Authenticity Card & Pin Tool. The pin got finally delivered after over 4 hours, and I still didn't get the Authenticity Card. 4. Overall: waiting for Authenticity Card (since there's no answear to my emails, I guess there isn't any) Highly NOT recommended. 5. Advice: If you decide to buy from the store have a backup of every picture and description as they disappear from the site and your account after payment! 6. The very bad experience, without Authenticity Card I could've bought that watch at least 25% cheaper and with a £12100 merchandise one could expect much. much more.
