I contacted the clinic regarding…
I contacted the clinic regarding implant treatment and asked for a clear breakdown of the procedure and costs. I was told they would reply, but after three days I still had no response. As I would be travelling for treatment and potentially spending a significant amount of money, clear communication is important to me. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up did not give me confidence to proceed. That is fair, specific and difficult to argue with. It describes what happened without accusing them of misconduct you cannot prove.

My Experience at Dentapoint Dental…
My Experience at Dentapoint Dental Clinic, Izmir, Turkey After more than 40 years without my bottom front teeth, I finally decided to make the trip to Dentapoint Dental Clinic in Izmir, Turkey, to have my teeth done — and I’m so glad I did. I arrived late on Monday night and was picked up at the airport by the clinic’s driver, who took me straight to my hotel. My appointment was at 9:30am on Tuesday morning. When I arrived at the clinic, I completed a questionnaire and then had X-rays and scans carried out. After that, I had a consultation with the doctor, and a treatment plan was put in place that I was completely happy with. I had 9 extractions and 9 implants fitted, and I was finished with the surgery and back in my hotel room by 1pm. On Wednesday, I had a short visit to the clinic for my temporary teeth, and on Thursday my proper healing teeth were fitted. Throughout the whole experience, the staff at Dentapoint were absolutely amazing. From Sueda and Ozzy to the doctors and all the girls who carried out my X-rays and scans, everyone was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much easier. I honestly can’t thank the whole team enough for the care and attention they gave me from start to finish. After going more than 40 years without my bottom front teeth, it feels fantastic to finally have my smile back. Thank you to everyone at Dentapoint Dental Clinic for everything. I went for my second appointment at denta point Karsiyaka/Izmir Türkiye and my hotel was a 5 minute walk from the surgery when i arrived i was greeted by sueda she was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable and her communication with the staff was amazing she also made sure after my teeth were completed she explained everyting i needed to know for after care i would recommened any body going there it was such a great experience and i feel a million dollars

All of the staff and Dr Ali
All of the staff and Dr. Ali is awesome, I’m surely recommend it .. very professional my Translator Jan and Sueda is fantastic with all their support on me. I’ll be back for my second and final visit this coming February .The Location of their clinic is just walk away from my Hotel where they check us in .
