Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Gift I ordered was sent to a completely wrong address; and also the 'proof' I paid for (where they contact you to ensure everything is okay with your order) never happened. Addendum: I have picked up the order. I had to collect it from another part of the city I live in - as it was not delivered to the address provided. It is disingenuous of this company to state anything otherwise. If the company do not plan to send the product to the address the buyer provides - this should be stated clearly before purchase. It was not in this case. I’m glad they plan to update their website about proofing as it was false advertising. This company should stick to the facts and not get emotive (talking about fires in France to explain the issues) and use other issues to circumvent the actual issues at hand. My feedback remains the same - but I have given 1 extra star as I have received the product, despite having to travel to another part of the city to collect it.

We would like to clarify the facts, as this review gives a misleading account of what actually happened. Regarding the statement that the order was “sent to a completely wrong address”: at the time this review was posted, the parcel had not been delivered at all. According to the carrier's tracking, it was still in transit on August 13, with the recipient informed by SMS/email. The address mentioned in the review is a pickup point selected by the carrier for delivery, not an address to which we mistakenly shipped the order. The parcel was therefore not “delivered to a completely wrong address”, as the review suggests. Regarding the proof option, we understand that there was a misunderstanding about how this option works, and we have already explained its purpose directly by email. We will nevertheless review how this option is described on our website to make sure there can be no ambiguity for future customers. The customer first contacted us on August 11. We replied on August 13. During this period, our studio had recently been affected by the major wildfires in Gironde, which forced us to evacuate both our workplace and our home and temporarily disrupted our operations. We explained this situation and apologised for the response time. We fully accept criticism when we make a mistake. However, we also believe reviews should accurately reflect what happened. At the time this review was published, the parcel was still in transit — it had neither been lost nor delivered to an incorrect address. DeMurin Studio

I'm led to believe that this is just a scam.

I placed the order on 12/1/2024, with an expected delivery date of 45 days. But it's been almost 5 months, and still nothing. I contacted them through the website, but I haven't received any response. I sent emails, but I haven't received any response either. I'm led to believe that this is just a scam. Fiz o pedido em 1/12/2024, com previsão de envio em 45 dias. Mas já são quase 5 meses, e ainda nada. Fiz contato pelo site, mas não obtive nenhuma resposta. Enviei e-mails, mas também não recebi nenhuma resposta. Estou levado a crer que isso é apenas um golpe.
