I sure wish I would have checked out…
I sure wish I would have checked out this company on Trust Pilot before placing my order. I paid extra for expedited shipping and after more than 30 days I still had not received my order. When I contacted them I was told that I had to contact my post office; the problem was on my end. When I asked for a refund, I was given these 2 options: 1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee. (And please give us your correct and complete shipping address if you choose solution 1.) 2. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund. Waiting for your choice. Yours sincerely, Customer Service Team

Neither the band width nor cups are as advertised. I ordered a 34G and got an enormous 6XL - and the clasp was dangling off the fabric. Their return policy is a lie. I was offered 2USD as compensation.

Another dissatisfied customer
Another dissatisfied customer. I received my order but the look and quality of the bras is no different from cheaper ones from Temu. The sizes are all wrong and are an extremely poor fit. The returns policy is a joke and geared to make it not worth your while. A complete waste of money.

Ordered a bra which took a long time to…
Ordered a bra which took a long time to come, tracking non existent and the item was nothing like the picture. Difficult to get on despite front fastening, did not fit well at all, quality of fabric rubbish. Complete waste of money.

SCAM!!!
SCAM!!! Order from them with Klarna, thought can't be a scam if klarna puts their name to it but paid with Klarna just in case. They sent me a tracking code with order in begining of October. End of October, heard nothing so reached out and they gave me a new tracking code as it was the wrong one. Reported to Klarna as not delivered. Emailed them saying that I've reported not delivered, it's been close to a month and nothing in either tracking code has changed. Mid November they sent me another tracking code from Royal Mail saying its been delivered a few days before. Never received any package, the photo on royal mail isn't helpful at all and reported to them asking for refund. Heard nothing until I've reported to Klarna, Klarna couldn't help much as it was already past due date but claims they put in a fraud against the company for me. I have emailed them asking for refund again as I've reported to Klarna, they sent me a link to online chat which just said it can't help as Klarna is making a claim on my behalf, to which I replied that I'm waiting for email. I've emailed again saying that 48h before I make a report with Trading Standards again. It may be only about 40£ but I won't have anyone mess me around.
