There is simply no customer service
There is simply no customer service. There is no customer service to send you an update for your order, or process is, or ship it, or inform that it will be delayed. I placed an order on July 11th and it is now August 20th and they have not processed or shipped my order, or at least let me know that it will be delayed. I am in the dark and I don't know if they are scammers or not. I tried to contact them multiple times through their website and no one replied. I messaged them on Instagram and it's been days since I got a reply that "We will check the status of your order and get back to you with an update as soon as possible", how long does it possible take to just give me a status update? If just processing an order takes this long and is that poorly communicated, then I don't know what will happen with the deliver or in the case I receive a wrong size or something. That is, if they are not scammers. Very disappointing, would not recommend.

Mi sono trovata molto bene
Ho acquistato due volte presso DeFi Design e sono stata entrambe le volte piuttosto soddisfatta. Tempi di spedizione parecchio lunghi, almeno 3 settimane/un mesetto ma la qualità dei capi entrambe le volte è ottima. Il prodotto ricevuto è fedele alla descrizione sul loro sito. Acquisterò di nuovo presso il loro sito!

I received the correct product and in a good quality. It was a bit expensive to have it sent to Denmark, and took some time. There was no tracking the package, I only just got a message today that I could pick up my parcel. Tried to contact costumer service om e-mail - but got a mail back saying that the e-mail adress don’t exist. But all in all; My clothes arrived and I am Satisfied!

Horrible- my refund never arrived
Horrible! All items arrived in the wrong size, looked much worse than on the pictures, sending them back was a whole lot of work, parcel got lost several times, and I am waiting for a refund for more than a year! Always getting mails that I will still get it but NOTHING HAPPENED. Don’t ever buy there! You will never see your money again- and stay without the clothes.

DO NOT BUY! you can’t return anything they don’t send you the return address, and the parcel took over a month, the quality is AWFUL And they don’t reply to any emails
