Unboxing, the unit was easy & the only criticism i have about putting it together was the tightening of the columns they seem flimsy. But overall I really like it so far .including the app is interactive & motivating.

Disappointing Customer Service and Unresolved Return
Disappointing Customer Service and Unresolved Return I’m sharing my experience because I would strongly encourage potential customers to think carefully before purchasing a treadmill or other exercise equipment from this company. When my treadmill arrived, the shipping box was extremely damaged, to the point that the treadmill was partially exposed and hanging out of the packaging. Given the condition of the shipment, I was understandably concerned that the equipment could have been damaged and that keeping it could become a liability. I contacted customer service to request a return, and after numerous emails and a lengthy back-and-forth, the company eventually agreed to accept the return. However, the situation became even more frustrating. The company then offered me an alternative: I could return the damaged shipping box and receive a new, undamaged box, keep the treadmill, receive a 20% discount, and receive a $200 gift card. I agreed to those terms in good faith because I was willing to resolve the situation without returning the treadmill. After I agreed to those terms, however, I was unable to reach the company by phone because my number was apparently blocked, and instead I received a return shipping label. I have continued sending emails trying to clarify the situation, but I have not received a meaningful response. To make matters worse, I also purchased additional items along with the treadmill, and I have been told that those items cannot be returned for a refund. Since those products were purchased specifically for use with the treadmill, I find that position extremely disappointing and unreasonable under the circumstances. At this point, I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want the company to honor the terms that were offered to me, communicate with me directly, and provide a fair resolution. To anyone considering purchasing from this company: please do your research and consider my experience before placing an order. The product itself may be one thing, but when something goes wrong, customer service and accountability matter just as much. In my experience, getting a straightforward resolution has been unnecessarily difficult and incredibly frustrating. I hope the company sees this review and contacts me so we can resolve this professionally. I am still willing to reach a reasonable agreement, but I need someone from the company to actually communicate with me and follow through on the terms that were offered. Update: I will gladly update this review if the company contacts me, resolves the issue fairly, and follows through on the agreement that was offered.

Just started training on my treadmill…
Just started training on my treadmill and I’m enjoying the fact that I can train inside because it’s blazing hot outside. From what I can tell the machine is well built and I should get a lot of mileage out of it. The app that comes with it is a little bit pushy about subscribing and needs to be more user friendly and downsized on the amount of information on it. Other than that I feel I made a great decision to go with DeerRun.
