I know it because I used a dedicated email address for Dediserve services. Suddenly, I am part of the newsletter of an iomart Group plc from Glasgow. But who cares about privacy laws, right?

Never had a problem with them. Simple interface but with advanced features. Plenty of locations available too.

Avoid Like The Plague
Had been using this company for a while with no problems but their billing system is not fit for purpose and started taking money from both our credit card and PayPal. We attempted to recover a significant balance but were told this was not refundable (our money!); and then found (having been told we could use the money as credit against future payments) that they'd emptied our credit balance. Gone. This is nothing short of theft. Customer Support is non-existent. Tickets closed without a response if they don't like the question you're answering. Can categorically say avoid like the plague!

Bad practice - unacceptable.
I paid a 1 year subscription for a VPS on the 20th of november 2016. They issued a new invoice on the 15th of november 2017. I wanted to stop the service, but they told me that it was only possible only if I paid the invoice. As you saw it was 5 days before the end of my 1 year subscription. Consequently, I had to pay 220 euros on the 15th of november to stop the web hosting service at Dediserve. I have cancelled my service 12 hours ago, and still I can see it active. I guess the support team is located in India and that's why there is a time difference issue.
