Tried the others DECODO was our final solution we were begging for
Absolutely the best, most cost-effective, and most importantly consistent platform we've used to date. We've tried about seven different competitors to Decodo, and unfortunately we always had issues of downtime, things failing, or services being interrupted, which led to significant problems and issues with our own customers. We tested out Decodo with very low expectations and honestly thinking you would probably fail like everyone else. Three months later, we realized Decodo is half the cost of everyone else we were using, with on average 98% uptime and no disruptions, as well as delivering a cleaner and more sophisticated product than anything else the others were providing. This isn't hype, this isn't a fake review. This is a small business owner coming here and spending time to tell you guys how extremely good the experience is working with Decodo. Highly, highly, highly suggest testing them out, even if it's on their smallest plan, just to try it out. If you're a vibe coder or anything like that, just work with Decodo. Their system is so incredibly easy and fast.

Contratei o serviço de Dedicated ISP Proxies da Decodo e recebi IPs completamente inutilizáveis. Ao testar os IPs fornecidos na ferramenta IPQualityScore, todos apresentaram Fraud Score de 93/100 — pontuação extremamente alta que indica IPs marcados como Proxy e VPN detectados, sendo bloqueados pela grande maioria das plataformas. Entrei em contato com o suporte solicitando reembolso dentro do prazo de 14 dias de garantia que a própria empresa anuncia. O suporte confirmou a garantia inicialmente, mas depois negou o reembolso alegando que já houve uma exceção anterior — ou seja, fui prejudicado duas vezes seguidas pelo mesmo problema, e na segunda vez me negaram o direito garantido pela própria política deles. Tenho prints comprovando: Fraud Score 93 em múltiplos IPs fornecidos Chat com o suporte confirmando a garantia de 14 dias Chat com o suporte negando o reembolso O produto entregue não serve para o fim anunciado. Solicito reembolso integral do valor pago.
