Most amazing customer service
Let me just say, there are not too many companies out there that are great to deal with. DD Hammocks, I got a tarp that was four inches on one side and one inch on the other side, so I didn't have my square. And they sent me a new tarp, and it's only one inch short on each side. It's my perfect square. I am so pleased that they did this. Now, I had to wait for them to send it from UK to send it to the United States, and it took about a week and a half, but I am very, very pleased. When I took it outside and I measured it, the measurements were perfect. I would say, and I own quite a few tarps, this has to be the best tarp I have ever bought that has that square. I also tested it in a heavy, heavy downpour where the rain was like an inch on the ground. It rained all day like cats and dogs. I went outside and everything inside the tarp was dry. I put a pad in there. I put my quilt in there. I put many things in there to see if they would stay dry, and they did. DD Hammock tarps are worth their weight in gold, and they're not going to let you down when you're out there. And I don't usually make reviews like this, but their customer service and the way this is made is amazing.

Nothing wrong with DD Hammocks as such…
Nothing wrong with DD Hammocks as such but the choice of FedEx AS LOGISTICS, as the part we see is the logistics part it's the only thing that counts, did not send pickup bar code, click and collect would not release without it, waste of lifetime, they asked what bar code (jokers)finally got one and picked up but terrible experience, I won't use again

DD are amazing
I bought a hammock and tarp. Both were dispatched super quick. There was a small manufacturing issue with the hammock. Grace at DD was amazing and resolved it super fast. the replacement arrived the following day. DD ARE AMAZING!!
