Ordered my vape never shipped it
Ordered my vape never shipped it. C.S. Didn't contact me for a week. I contacted them said they didn't have that color a week later, they say they had it in grey i was ok ship that one then. Still now no response been a few days now. Payment went through no vape no nothing lol! What the frosting is this place? AVOID! Now i have to go contact my bank to get my money back wow!

Good customer service, quick responses & delivery.
Had an original Davinci IQ vape I purchased years ago that ended up with a broken chamber. Decided to splurge on an IQ2 a few years later. Recently, and still under warranty, I had an issue with the charging port. Got in touch with Davinci and they confirmed a replacement for me - Went through the steps and was told I'd be getting an IQ3 due to the 2 being out of production. Package arrived quickly, customer service was A+ Very happy.

Don't Buy the Aritiq Vaporizer
I bought the Aritiq vaporizer. After a couple of weeks of use, the chamber would clog and required cleaning after every couple of sessions. Additionally, the cartridge would not firmly stay in position, which made the product completely unusable. Don't spend your money on this vaporizer. There are plenty of other better options. Initially customer service was responsive and helpful. However, it's been over three weeks since I returned the product and I have not yet received a repaired or replacement vaporizor. Now customer service ignores me. Don't buy from them!!

One of the best companies in the business! DaVinci! I am a senior citizen and a medical marijuana patient. My preferred method of consumption is dry vaporization.. sadly I’ve been very disappointed with a lot of other vaporizer I’ve tried but then I came across this company read the specs, viewed all the different models. We were very impressed with the design, the mechanics, and then we saw the warranties on these devices. No one else comes even close that really impressed us. We decided to take the plunge we bought a total of four devices for us two. We love our devices. They’re so easy to use not complicated at all basically load and go.! hate spending all day trying to get something to work. With DaVinci that problem is solved! I love how compact the devices are. You can pretty much put them all in your pocket. That’s definitely another plus don’t wanna rent a U-Haul to move the thing around. DO NOT PASS THIS COMPANY BY!!!
