I only gave them a one star because I had to, the customer service at this site is the worst of anything I've ever seen before of a professional casino. the side tree tactics that they use to make you wait for your money and verify your identity is insane, I've been waiting on a withdrawal processing for 7 days, they have not even let me know yet if they got my email with my kyc proof. then I asked the operator to check on my status, and they don't even respond back to me. keep this in mind now I done it with cryptocurrency, almost every other casino offers instant cash back if you deposit with cryptocurrency except for these crooks. I'll never spend another penny with them or any other sister sites ever again. I would suggest that you would do the same and not even experimented with it.

I won $50 and it’s been well over 12 business days and I still haven’t received it. I know it’s not a lot of money, but it’s just disappointing and definitely has made my mind up about spending more money with them in the future. I have another pending withdrawal of 100 so I wonder how long that one’s gonna take a month. Originally they told me 12 business days from the day you want then they told me 12 business days after they approve your documents which you have to upload several documents and stuff you’re verified account that you’re playing with isn’t enough even though they had my information, I still had to upload a bank statement and I’m getting paid in bitcoin so it just doesn’t make sense. It seems a little suspicious to me and especially over $50. If it takes this long to get 50 gosh I couldn’t imagine if I won more than that and sorry for players that do.
