Paid for a server, got silence — 3 tickets, zero replies
Ordered a Ryzen-FFM Overpower vServer on 05.07.2026. Since then: The product doesn't do what's advertised. The Ryzen 9 7950X is sold as "up to 5.7 GHz." My VM is permanently locked at 4.49 GHz base clock and never boosts. Single-core performance is nowhere near what I paid for. The VNC console has never worked once — "connection failed" every single attempt, across browsers, networks, and after multiple reboots. Support does not exist. I opened ticket #24443 on 06.07 about the CPU clock. No reply. I followed up on 07.07. No reply. I emailed. No reply. I posted in their Discord. No reply. Four days later the ticket is still marked "OFFEN" with not a single word from anyone. They ignore refund requests too. On 07.07 I opened ticket #24455 requesting cancellation and a pro-rata refund, explicitly invoking my EU right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht). Three days of silence. Taking money and then going dark on a lawful withdrawal request is not acceptable for a company operating in Germany. I don't know whether this is understaffing or indifference. Either way: if something goes wrong with your server, you are on your own. Do not host anything you care about here.

Habe genau das selbe Problem es wird…
Habe genau das selbe Problem es wird nicht auf Tickets geantwortet und wenn dann sagen die immer das man das und das machen sollen obwohl man wirklich schon schreibt was das Problem ist und nicht an mir liegen kann da wird komplett abgeblockt

So I tried to top up, Guess what there was no problem no restrictions, it was smooth, THEY GOT THE MONEY.... So far so good but then when I tried to order a server I couldn't It said and I quote "We do not accept orders from your specified country. ", See just these till now deserves a 0/10 because if you blocking a specified country to order your product you should block it from topping up in the 1st place!! but wait it got even worse when I asked for refund I have been ignored and one day later I threatened to post a complaint on paypal then they replied some stuff I am not interested in and not a real excuse for the reply but I still waited the weekend to be over and guess what monday evening here and still no refund nothing

Broken checkout system and non-existent support
I chose this service expecting a functional product, but the past week has been a series of technical failures and complete silence from their team. My intention was to purchase the Ryzen-FFM Expert server. Upon reaching the checkout screen I realized there was no order button available to finalize the purchase. Assuming this might be a temporary glitch with my specific payment method, I deposited the nessesary funds directly into my account balance instead. Even after the balance was updated the purchase screen remained broken. I am now in a position where my money is stuck in my account with no way to actually spend it on the service I need. The lack of communication is the most frustrating part of this experience. I opened an initial support ticket and waited two days with no response. I followed up with a second ticket and a direct email, yet after an entire week of waiting I have heard absolutely nothing. It is unacceptable for a service provider to remain completely silent for this long, especially when a customers funds are involved. Additionally, the billing interface is clearly flawed. While the system successfully charged my card and updated my balance, it failed to generate a proper invoice for the transaction. This is easily the worst experience I have had with a hosting provider. I would also rate it lower than one star if I could. Having my money held while being ignored by support for a week is unprofessional and feels deceptive. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this service until they fix their website and start actually responding to their customers.
