It melts!
So whilst this is a cool little gadget for your car, I would like to think it was designed to take some warmth from the sun, but not so. Well I assume this was the cause of its adhesive literally melting and running down my car. It took a lot of effort to clean up and is still not 100% back to normal. If your car warms up in the sun just be aware of what might happen!

Be very careful when purchasing any…
Be very careful when purchasing any items from DASAI. Once you try to purchase your order and expect to checkout, there will be a upsell option that may confuse you. I thought I had put my order through and instead of it going through the upsell option appeared. I clicked on it to see what was on offer. I didn’t want anything then I clicked proceed with order and it charged me for the same item twice! I contacted DASAI immediately before the order was fulfilled and also contacted them through Instagram to ensure the mistake would be fixed up. Unfortunately DASAI refused to refund or give me credit so I can purchase something else. DASAI did not care about the mistake and they were not willing to even give me credit so I can cancel another item as a worse case scenario. Customer service did not care and were not willing to help me. Also be prepared for a long wait for your item to arrive as I have experienced delays from my last purchase from them. Item was good but it’s the whole experience that made me feel like I was not important as a customer.

Delivery SUCCESSFUL!
Soon as I placed my order I thought “oh no”. My confirmation email, ‘shipping’ was spelt incorrectly so I went onto the reviews and thought great I’m not going to receive this. I contacted my bank to check if I needed a replacement card, raise a chargeback etc, but they said wait and see, everything looks to be okay. I ordered on the 13th of July and received my order this morning. Absolutely blown away. I’m in the UK as well. I’m not sure what the other reviews mean by not receiving their order but I wanted to leave a review to say, I got mine and it’s SO CUTE! Can’t wait to gift it my boyf 🥰

Scummy Business
Bait and switch email coupon codes sent out to get you to come to the website to buy the product. Then when it doesn't work they pretend to be "working on it". Any company that can't honor a simple advertised promotion is untrustworthy and a terrible way to do business. I wouldn't trust a company that acts this way. Their website makes it very easy to place an order. If you make a mistake they will lie to you and say the order has been fulfilled when it hadn't been yet. They will steal your money and will pretend to help you while stalling time to ship it out so your stuck. Do not give these guys your money. I have met other people they have done this to. I am not the first. Stay away from this scam company.

I contacted the seller to cancel my order before it was shipped, but they ignored the request and fulfilled it anyway. This is unacceptable and gives the impression that customers are being forced into purchases. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is very disappointing. I will not be purchasing from this company again. Update: they won’t accept return and refund my money. PLEASE AWARE of this company, it’s a scam
