My worst experience yet
I love buying from clothing brands and trying to support businesses. This was the absolute WORST customer experience i’ve ever had. I am the last to be a “ Karen “ but this interaction made me lose my mind. Everything that was communicated was an AI generated “ nope. sorry.“ message. The company was so unwilling to try and help, refund my money, or even accommodate request. I spent MONTHS waiting on a drop, didn’t put in my apt number (completely understand i’m in the wrong for that), no reship was allowed ( i even offered to pay the shipping again, no refund was offered ( i even paid for the protection shipping ), I even asked if they were able to just hold me a spot in case the shirt dropped again. The only conclusion was 1: get a different shirt ( all sold out ) or 2: get store credit. Just wow.

New extortionate tax and handling fees for uk
I have ordered off Darc sport a few times and quality is always okay I order for the aesthetic however the Ali express dupes are almost always the same if you get a good seller. However they have recently introduced new handling and tax fees from a third party which means that shipping handling and taxes come out to over £100 for eu and uk customers I did not know this before ordering as it hasn’t been an issue before it’s usually the £40 shipping honestly not worth the hassle and cost for mediocre items when Ali express dupes are just as good

High price but low quality
High price but low quality. Their clothes get holes and tears in random spots and the graphics fade way too fast: 5-6 washes even on cold and gentle cycle

this company is trash
this company is trash, and their customer service representative romario is even worse. how can you treat your customers. especially if they’ve been returning customers so bad. ghost you and then respond with not even solving the problem. please don’t buy from them
