Amazing experience
Amazing experience! Everything was pre set out for our arrival including the taxi fairs, food, medications and consultations. Really helps in stressful situations. They answer the phone 24/7, during our stay in Istanbul they provided us with info for where to do groceries, how to order food, places to visit and stuff xx Moreover a nurse checked up on me post op every morning in the hotel which i loved! I highly recommend! Doctors and staff are very kind and understanding xx

Rinoplastica con un'esperienza devastante
La mia esperienza con Cygnus Clinic si è rivelata estremamente negativa. La struttura si è dimostrata molto abile nel vendere aspettative, ma completamente assente quando si tratta di assumersi responsabilità nei confronti del paziente, che viene trattato come un numero anziché come una persona. Nell’ottobre 2025 mi sono rivolta a questa struttura per una rinoplastica di revisione, convinta dalle rassicurazioni della coordinatrice, che mi prospettava ottimi risultati sia estetici sia funzionali. Mi era stato prospettato un intervento di rinoplastica di revisione con innesti costali. Questo, però, a mio avviso, non è mai avvenuto. L’intervento, eseguito dal dottor Sinan Eroğlu, è risultato, secondo la mia esperienza, completamente difforme dalle aspettative, sia dal punto di vista estetico sia da quello funzionale. Durante la permanenza in ospedale, la presenza fisica di un interprete è stata scarsa e la comunicazione è stata affidata quasi esclusivamente a traduttori automatici. La visita medica è stata, a mio avviso, molto superficiale: è durata pochi minuti e non mi è sembrata caratterizzata da una reale e approfondita valutazione clinica. Tutta la fase pre e post-operatoria è stata gestita, a mio avviso, con troppa fretta, come se fossi solamente un numero da smaltire, senza rendersi conto di quanto gravi possano essere le conseguenze. Mi trovo ora ad affrontare un problema funzionale: non riesco a respirare correttamente, con pesanti ripercussioni sulla mia qualità di vita. Nonostante le mie ripetute segnalazioni alla coordinatrice e al medico, le mie preoccupazioni sono state minimizzate, attribuendo tutto a un generico gonfiore post-operatorio. Successivamente, dopo una visita specialistica in Italia, mi è stato riferito che sarà necessario sottopormi a un nuovo e complesso intervento di ricostruzione funzionale con innesti cartilaginei. Per eventuali correzioni, Cygnus Clinic mi ha richiesto un ulteriore pagamento, circostanza che considero inaccettabile. A mio avviso, questa non è cura del paziente, ma una gestione che ho percepito come orientata esclusivamente al profitto. Mi rendo conto oggi di quanto sia stato un errore affidarmi a una struttura scelta anche perché proponeva un prezzo apparentemente più basso. Mi sono pentita di questa scelta.Un prezzo inizialmente più basso può infatti non significare necessariamente un risparmio, soprattutto se in seguito si è costretti ad affrontare ulteriori interventi, spese e difficoltà. Per quanto mi riguarda, è stata un’esperienza estremamente negativa sotto ogni punto di vista. Non tornerei mai più in questa clinica.

I had a breast reduction surgery a couple of years ago here, the stitching was botched, my nipples are visibly different sizes, one double the other. Also the placement was careless, as I had nipple piercings prior, the surgeon placed them horizontally. But that’s a minor issue. The main issue being the stitching technique which was used on me. Horrible. I contacted them privately a while ago now that I’m fully healed to address this issue that has caused me sever insecurity and psychological discomfort, they never cared to respond to my money. Please be aware that this business is more so money oriented than client care.

Best Rhinoplasty Experience!
I had the absolute best experience with Cyngus Clinic!! Every single person I talked with was so incredibly sweet and caring. Yağmur was an absolute angel and had everything so organized and ready at all times. Dr. Sinan was so kind and such an amazing doctor, I am obsessed with my results and will be referring friends!! Cyngus Clinic had everything perfectly organized. I did not have to think about anything or was stressed at any point, all I had to do was show up and everything was ready. The hospital nurses were the kindest medical professionals I have ever met, I felt 100% taken care of during my night stay. I am so grateful I chose Cyngus Clinic for my rhinoplasty, it is the best decision I have ever made!! Don’t even bother looking at other options after finding Cyngus, you will not regret it!!!
