I purchased a set of extra short nails. It was my first purchase and the extra short nails seemed to be the perfect choice. However, when I receive them, they were too short for my long nail bed. I sent an email to customer service for an exchange and I received a response the same day with instructions on how to process the exchange. The process was easy and I should receive my new order soon.

I LOVE CurvLife nails
I LOVE CurvLife nails. I'm on my 6th set now. They last so much better than any other press one and look just like acrylics. The cost is SO much lower AND I don't have to sit in a salon for hours just to leave having paid for something I'm not happy with. Each set I have had, lasted me at minimum 4 weeks. I only removed because of grow out. Polished and pretty just like the day I opened the package. Semi solid glue and remover is a must! I had an issue with peeling on one set, they went above and beyond to make it right. Very kind and prompt customer service 10/10

Nothing beats CurvLife Customer Service!
CurvLife has literally gone above and beyond to make sure that I got what I wanted and that I was happy. The customer service was phenomenal. They send replacements without questioning me and they really took care of my order!! The products are amazing and the glue is the secret! My nails have been on for almost 2 weeks and i’m super impressed! I’m switching brands for sure!

I LOVE your nails
I LOVE your nails. Get compliments all the time. So many to choose from. The brush on glue is a game changer. Realy makes it easy to evenly spread the glue, and not put too much. The tube it was easy to over do and it would squis out the sides, and make a mess.

An amazing company with superb customer service
This is an amazing company with superb customer service. I originally purchased 2 sets of short nails and got medium length ones instead. They immediately responded and offered to send me 2 free sets of any size style in the same or similar price range and didn’t even charge me extra shipping! This is real customer service…..fast, friendly, and reliable. Their prices are good and their styles are fabulous! Love this company!
