I received the Cuff Blair Bracelet as a birthday gift. Within just three weeks, it had developed clearly visible scratches, lost much of its shine, and the inside had become discoloured, with a dark, oxidised appearance. All in all, it no longer looks like a nice bracelet. For what is essentially a simple €160 bracelet, I honestly expected much better quality and durability. When I submitted a complaint, the response was simply that the material is a soft metal, so this is to be expected, and that the silver itself had not been damaged. As for the oxidation and discolouration, I was essentially told to buy cleaning products myself to deal with it. Very disappointing, especially considering the price. I expected a €160 bracelet to maintain its appearance for considerably longer than three weeks.

Very bad quality
Very bad quality! I got a CUFF from my siblings for my 30th birthday and I loved it! It looks really nice and I wore it a lot. However not even a year later the cuff fell apart. It is supposed to be silver but the material seems like something else. It is turned brittle and now I can no longer wear it. When contacting the customer service they said this is normal and that it can break that these are typical signs of usage. I didn't get anything back, they wouldn't replace it. Update 31.08.2026: Thank you for your reply and for making my point even clearer. You have to bend the cuff in order to put it, and I was very careful when doing so. If the product cannot withstand this normal use, it only proves my point that the quality is poor.

Sieht gut aus aber ...
Mein Armband hat nicht einmal 4 Stunden gehalten, Kettenglied kaputt. CUFF angeschrieben und keine Rückmeldung bekommen.

Perfect experience
The bracelet I wanted was out of stock. I asked to the community manager when will it be back in stock via DM on Instagram and got a reply so fast. The customer service managed to set preorders available as soon as possible. I preordered at the end of July and was notified the shipping would start on 04/08. But I got delivered on 03/08 and didn’t expect it at all. The bracelet is perfect, I also got an other bracelet as a gift and a little tool (flat hair clip) that is very useful. Special thanks to Julia who shipped my order so quickly and to Mathias the community manager. I highly recommand this brand.

I bought the 'Blair' Bracelet back in…
I bought the 'Blair' Bracelet back in June. But unfortunately, it was out of stock and I had to wait a month. It was definitely worth the wait. The bracelet is a thing of beauty. Real good quality (925 Sterling) for a fair price. At first i thought it was too big (for a man i have small wrists), but it was adjustable enough to wear it without any problem. Special shout-out to Mathias from CUFF. I wrote them an email asking why it was taking so long to fulfill the order, and he explained carefully what the situation was. I highly recommend CUFF Copenhagen!
