I've been stolen from
My item was sold over 2 months ago and I've been chasing up my payment ever since. Communication is non-existent, and when I do hear anything it's simply "we're chasing this up with accounting". I feel I've been robbed and am now pursuing legal action. Do not sell with this business as it's a scam.

DO NOT SELL TO THIS COMPANY WITHOUT READING THE REVIEWS FIRST. A pattern of behaviour On 27 May 2026, CSD took my Jimmy Choo and Louis Vuitton bags to sell. After hearing virtually nothing and sending multiple emails, I finally received a response on 20 July stating that the bags had been sold and were within the customer’s 14-day return period. From that point onwards, I emailed repeatedly — often once or twice a day — and telephoned the sales team multiple times. I want to make it clear that the sales team I spoke to were always professional and helpful. They repeatedly CC’d me into emails sent to James in Accounts, trying to get answers on my behalf. Despite this, I received no direct communication whatsoever from the accounts department. On 10 August, money simply appeared in my bank account with no explanation. I did not know whether the payment related to one bag or both bags. I then continued chasing for a statement, having sent in excess of 20–30 emails and made numerous telephone calls. When the statement eventually arrived, I was extremely concerned by the amount deducted from the sale proceeds and how much I had actually received. I am still waiting for proper communication and an explanation from Accounts. These were valuable, much-loved designer bags, and I trusted this company to handle the sale professionally and communicate with me properly throughout the process. I genuinely wish I had read the reviews before agreeing to sell through them. Based entirely on my personal experience, if you are considering selling valuable items through this company, I would strongly advise you to read the reviews carefully and think very seriously before proceeding — particularly if prompt payment, clear statements and reliable communication are important to you. There seems to be a pattern of behaviour here.

UPDATE – COUNTY COURT PROCEEDINGS ISSUED
Following my original review, I issued County Court proceedings against Consigned Sealed Delivered Limited for the money owed to me following the sale of my Gucci handbag. Before doing so, I sent the company a formal Letter Before Claim on 11 July 2026 by both email and tracked post, giving them 14 days to resolve the matter before proceedings would be issued. They acknowledged receipt, but I received neither payment nor any substantive response. I subsequently issued a County Court claim. The company's deadline to respond expired on 18 August 2026. I have received no payment or response from CSD and no notification from the court that a response has been filed. I have therefore now formally requested judgment against Consigned Sealed Delivered Limited. I am updating this review so that prospective customers can make an informed decision before consigning valuable items to this company. In my case, CSD sold my bag and has retained the money due to me for months. Repeated requests for payment, a formal Letter Before Claim and ultimately County Court proceedings have still not resulted in payment. I will update this review again with the outcome of the court proceedings.
