CryptoCasino did run several free-to-enter Perfect Picks World Cup competitions throughout the tournament. However, to win the $10,000 jackpot bonus, a player needed to correctly predict six exact scores in a single round. Predicting the match result (1X2) was not sufficient. No entrant achieved this. In fact, the highest number of correct exact-score predictions by any player in any round was three out of six. Therefore, the $10,000 jackpot bonus was never won by any entrant. Wont pay out a 2 leg parlay

Played a 2 leg sportsbet parlay, won the 1st won, and the second one was scheduled 7 hours ago. But the game went offline according to their system. Now its stuck. The bet wont settle, and they wont pay me my winnings for the portion that was already won. Everytime I message livechat they just say "case has been escalated to relevant team" but no one replies and there are no updates. Scam company. I'm cutting my losses and moving .

The second event, a Ugandan women's basketball game scheduled for 2 August, was unexpectedly postponed. At the time the reviewer contacted Customer Support, there was very limited publicly available information explaining the postponement. CryptoCasino therefore escalated the matter through its Sports team to its sportsbook provider for verification rather than manually settling an event whose status had not yet been confirmed. It was subsequently confirmed that the UCU Lady Canons v KCCA Leopards game had been postponed from 2 August until 14 August due to three Lady Canons players being called up to represent Uganda's Under-21 3x3 national team in Tunisia. Once the status of the event had been verified, the postponed second leg was refunded and the successful first leg was settled. The settlement records provided to show that the original $35.25 stake was settled on the winning selection at odds of 2.25, resulting in a payment of $79.31 at approximately 01:00 on 4 August. this casino is a scam. they hide behind terms and conditions that make no sense. Heres the story. they gave me a 50% deposit bonus. i used the bonus to buy a 60$ feature. i won 290$ or so i thought. they refused to credit me the win. stating i broke the Terms. apparently you cant buy features. i highly recommend you avoid this casino and use a more reputable one.

Honestly I haven’t had a bad experience with this casino. Iv made more then Iv put in and that great .
