Update: Still No Refund After 3+ Weeks of “Verification” Unlimit has now contacted me asking for my order ID, even though I have already provided it multiple times. I have sent 67 emails regarding this issue and provided everything requested, including my order ID, ID documents, bank statement, and wallet/payment proof. Despite this, I am still waiting for my approximately 400 PLN refund. For more than 3 weeks, I have repeatedly been told that my verification is “in progress.” There is still no clear timeframe for when it will be completed or when my money will be refunded. What makes this even more frustrating is that Unlimit’s own rules state that verification should normally take no longer than 3 business days, yet my case has now been pending for more than three weeks. I have cooperated fully and provided all requested documents. I simply want my money returned. Unlimit, please stop asking me for information I have already provided, complete the verification, and refund my money immediately. I expect a clear explanation and a resolution, not another generic response telling me that verification is “in progress.”

Unlimit Crypto is part of financial fraud
Unlimit Crypto is participating in a financial fraud scheme. I will initiate a police investigation in the hope of preventing financial loss for others. Yesterday I tried to purchase a kitchen appliance from what seemed to be a completely legit Hungarian internet store. The last step of the order process was the payment. I wanted to pay via my credit card. I had to provide the usual card data and then a pop-up window appeared with a count-down waiting for my approval of the transcaction. I received q push notification from my bank to approve the transaction. I noticed that the name of the recipient is Unlimit Crypto and not the name of the internet store, but I believed that Unlimit Crypto also offers net payment services, so I approved the transaction. I immediately saw that the sum was deducted from my bank account. However, the count-down in the store pop-up window did not disappear, it seemed that the transaction approval was not successful. Half a minute later I received another push notification from my bank to approve another transaction to Unlimit Crypto with the same amount. At that point I was certain that something is wrong and I declined the approval. The count-down on the website continued and then when the time was up, nothing happened. The page was frozen. I received no email order confirmation or payment notification from the internet store, nor anything from Unlimit Crypto. I tried to contact the internet store via email and phone to cancel the transaction, but with no success. In my bank I banned Unlimit Crypto and froze my credit card. I filed a report with the bank about the fraud and hoped that they can cancel the transaction as it had pending status for a while. They were not able to cancel the transaction. Unlimit Crypto claimed the money and according to the bank they were not willing to provide a refund. I received no email or any other confirmation from Unlimit Crypto that they claimed my money, but I can prove with my bank account extract that they did. This is financial crime and I will do the necessary steps with the authorities.

The money was successfully debited from my bank account.I have already opened a support ticket 7 days ago but have received no response so far. Because of this, I must request an immediate review of this manual mismatch in your system. Please check your incoming bank records for this transfer and either credit the cryptocurrency to my wallet or issue an immediate refund to my bank account.I have attached the official bank transfer receipt (PDF) to this email for your verification.If I do not receive a response or resolution within 48 hours, I will be forced to initiate a formal recall through my bank and report this matter to the relevant financial regulatory authorities.Thank you for your swift cooperation.

Tried to pay for the concert/theatre tickets. The first time didn't work yet they charged me 60$. Overall lost 240$. When requested a refund this is what they said: "Your card must be verified, meaning it must have 240EUR on it. Let me know in the chat when you're ready." After confronting that no legitimate bank, acquiring service, or payment platform operates likes this and when the situation escalated it got quite interesting: "Because this is a gray scheme with the participation of our payment system, in order to avoid losses on the return commission on your part and return the funds almost instantly, without commissions. I can also choose another scheme, involving a lawsuit and a return through the court, but this takes 3-5 months, which is not the most pleasant way. Cancel the return procedure?" Typical scammers way of threatening and pressuring others to comply.
