Hinhaltetaktik bei Retouren Eine absolut inakzeptable Erfahrung. Seit über zwei Wochen versuche ich, eine Jeans zurückzusenden. Den vorgeschriebenen Retourenprozess habe ich vollständig durchlaufen. Seitdem habe ich unzählige E-Mails geschrieben. Geantwortet wird nur sporadisch – und wenn, dann wird wieder eine neue Frage gestellt, obwohl die entsprechenden Angaben längst im Retourenprozess gemacht wurden. Ich beantworte alles umgehend, aber das Retourenlabel wird trotzdem nicht geschickt. Stattdessen bekomme ich Entschuldigungen und sogar 10 % Rabatt auf die nächste Bestellung angeboten – aber kein Retourenlabel und keine Rücksendeadresse. Für mich ist das eine glasklare Hinhaltetaktik. Ich möchte keine weitere Bestellung, sondern lediglich meine Ware zurückschicken und mein Geld zurückbekommen. Zusätzlich befindet sich die dahinterstehende Gesellschaft laut britischem Handelsregister in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation. Nach meiner Erfahrung: Finger weg von diesem Shop.

DONT ORDER EVER! Worst customer service ever. Didn’t shipped the jacket for 1 1/2 months and after starting a dispute via my card they had the nerve to try to act as if they shipped it. Worst experience ever but I got my money back

scammed, couldn’t refund items, no response
I bought the waxed denim jacket and a pair of jeans (which I do like!), the denim jacket however is extremely overpriced (as in, quality really didn’t appear as I expected) and sizing was wrong for me. I’ve been mailing since the first day I received it over a month ago and haven’t gotten a single response. In the meantime, I bought another pair of jeans, however these have a completely different fit to the good fitting jeans so I didn’t fit these either, this pair also had a bad case of jean “bulge”. Also no response at all for trying to send the second pair back. This company has scammed me, and at the end of the day it’s still fast fashion, package was directly shipped from a warehouse in China. I would still highly appreciate my money back for the two items and will cooperate without any issue. Please contact.

I purchased a jacket in the wrong size…
I purchased a jacket in the wrong size and contacted the company to request either an exchange or a refund. They responded promptly, offering an exchange for a different size if it was available in stock, although they stated they would need to check availability first. After this, I emailed several times asking for an update on the status of my request but received no response. I then contacted them using a second email account and was asked to provide my order number, which I did. However, I once again received no reply. A few days later, I finally received a response through the original email thread informing me that the size I requested was not in stock. I then requested either a refund or another exchange option, but yet again received no response. I am now trying to return the item, but despite sending multiple emails requesting guidance, I have not been provided with any instructions or information on how to return the product.

No return possible as they promised
They promise 14 day return, but they will never give you the right information to send back the package. Now I got a pair of jeans I paid 120 euro for that do not fit. They are scanners and do not trust what their policy on the site says. They drop ship clothes from China and has at least 2 weeks of shipping. They do not give any helpful information if you contact their support. They are not what you thing they are. DONT BUY THERE.
