terrible . tried to return items . sent loads of emails but no reply . clothes were expensive and poor quality now i am stuck with clothes i dont like and £100+ down

Clint is simply a king
Clint is simply a king. Doesn't only look to reduce the costs by shipping through Royal Mail, so you only get your stuff a week or two later. He puts the accent on the quality of the service more than profit. Coming from an independent young man, i respect that a lot. i am from switzerland and got my stuff 2 days after the purchase, very well packed with some stickers. Can only say the best about Cling and his brand.

Absolutely terrible experience with…
Absolutely terrible experience with this brand. My son ordered 3 items with his birthday money and we have been nothing but fobbed off with return emails saying incomplete address and it had been returned to sender. Yet still no refund processed. Order was placed 5th may. Taking a childs birthday money and you conveniently dont have a contact number to resolve. You have emailed asking for an address to resend, its never happened yet you keep peoples money. I will continue to advertise this terrible experience on my personal social media. You respond to negative reviews asking for people to email you but whats the point. Your getting reported to the financial obundsman and the bank for fraud

Awful customer service for returns
Reached out over a month ago about returning an order. No reply at all! I have £200 of clothes that don’t fit just sitting there and have no idea what to do with. Dreadful! If something doesn’t fit first time then you’re stuck with your clothes!
