I attended Crowleys Newbridge recently…
I attended Crowleys Newbridge recently for an important repair. I had sapped off the arm on one side so I was flying on one wing which is never good while wearing your reading glasses. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. I received a text and a call to tell me my glasses were ready to my great relief! No charge, service with a smile. Now I’m back flying again with both wings attached. Thank you Crowleys and happy Christmas to you all.

Kind, helpful and knowledgeable
I had a lovely experience going for my eye test checkup - the optician explained every step in the test in detail to me and made me feel very comfortable, even when I was struggling to see the letters. I then was helped by another man to pick out my new frames and he was so kind and helpful. He explained what I would be paying for in good detail, ensuring I made the right decision but still gave me the floor to choose the style I liked best. I’ve come away feeling very excited for my new glasses. Thank you!:)
