The customer service with cricut is the worse
The customer service with cricut is absolutely TERRIBLE. Once they have your money on their side they DGAF about actually helping you anymore.

Total regret buying a Cricut
This is my second 1 star review of Cricut in 2 months. I swear this company does not care about their perception in the market place. I purchased my maker 4 end of June, I use it only to scrapbook and by end of August it was broken. Again, had to take all these videos numerous times for them to “process and approve” my replacement which is taking days. Then to be told my new machine will take another 10-12 business days to get here. INSANE??

J’ai passé une commande que je voulais annuler le jour même il n’ont aucune solution je disposer d’un prix plus attractif sur une autre plate-forme et il m’informe que c’est impossible d’annuler un gros manque de professionnalisme

This company is awful!!
This company is awful!!! I was going to cancel my subscription because I only use it once or twice a year. When I called, they offered me 30% to stay. So I did, come renewal they charged me the whole year!! I called them and they said sorry, that 30% was for the next year. I told them that is not what you said. I disputed the 30% with my credit card company and got it back, but Cricut cancelled my subscription!!! I paid 67.12 for a subscription that I cant use. Cricut refuses to give me my money back!! I will be selling my cricut and never use anything from them again. Horrible customer service and horrible business practices!! I did contact customer service and after sitting on the phone for 30 minutes was basically told tough luck.

do not buy from Circut Everything has went wrong this is an awful company the fact that not one lead person has reach out or fixed the problem is a BIG DEAL. DO NOT buy from the company there is other cutting machines. This company is HORRIBLE! I recived a defective Joy2 had it 4 days finally got a hold of a person that is supposed to help and now I can not reach them. I received another machine ISSUES again and was supposed to get a return label and still have not got it it has been day 4 was told I would get label to return defective machine 2-3 days but still waiting. Then I was on phone today for 40 mins going back and forth about the label I do not have and the person kept saying that Circut sent return label THEY HAVE NOT EMAILED ME ANY KNID OF LABEL. The fact that the person was not listening. If I had recived the return label I would not be calling about it . The fact that I have not been able to do anything with something I paid for is beyond irritateing. I wish I never would have bought from them. I should not have recieved a bad machine in the first place. I have tons of emails and still Cricut has done nothing .
