As an anecdotal warning from my experience... Unfortunately very disappointed with creality. Bought an ender 3 v3 which experienced issues after 30 hours (x axis failed to identify the stop point). Creality offered to ship me about 10 parts to do almost a full rebuild, I instead opted for a replacement due to the near immediate timing of a major issue, paid an uplift and received a K2. The K2 developed a "Motor initialization failed" after getting stuck mid print in less than 2 months. After numerous software updates, x and y axis motor assembly replacements and other troubleshooting steps Creality refuse to refund which is a legal requirement as part of section 9 of the 2015 consumer rights act. Will now be pursuing legal action through small claims after a letter before action. Avoid, real shame. Support was initially quite responsive but refusing to follow consumer law in your country of operation is a huge red flag. Major faults in both devices after a month or two and a refusal to follow applicable law....

No recomendable

The Creality k2 + is the best sorage cabinet for your’e other 3d printed parts. It’s an awful 3d printer. But it makes great storage for garbage. I’d share the image but it doesn’t give me an option, it genuinely is full of stuff I don’t know what to put where. I just use my other printers.

Very bad quality! If you think you save money think twice: You will spend so much extra to iron out their ridicolous quality control + you will waste tons of filament, you can just buy a better printer right away.

I purchased a Creality K2 Pro on 2 June, expecting a premium 3D printer that would support my small business. Instead, it arrived with a defective top frame. After almost a month of back-and-forth with Creality support, a replacement top frame was finally shipped on 30 June and delivered on 3 July. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of the problem. Creality sent the replacement part with no installation instructions, no service manual, and no official guidance whatsoever. Replacing the top frame required dismantling a significant portion of the printer, including removing the display assembly and ribbon cables, side panels, electronics housing, PTFE tubing, and around 40 screws. What should never have been necessary on a brand-new printer took me over 24 hours to complete, relying entirely on YouTube videos and online forums. To make matters worse, the replacement frame itself had misaligned screw holes, forcing some screws to be installed at an angle. After reassembling everything, the printer no longer functions correctly. The display backlight comes, but the screen itself does not boot, leaving the printer completely unusable. As someone who runs a small business, this has had a serious impact. My Etsy shop has effectively been closed for over a week because I have been unable to manufacture orders. I’ve lost valuable production time and income through no fault of my own. A customer should never be expected to completely dismantle a brand-new printer because of a manufacturing defect, especially without any official repair documentation or support. The K2 Pro may have impressive specifications on paper, but my experience has been overshadowed by poor quality control and a disappointing after-sales support process. I sincerely hope Creality improves both its quality assurance and customer support, because this has been an extremely frustrating experience.
