Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Severe Technical Fraud: Charged me TWICE for an expired domain and refused to refund!
I am absolutely shocked by the unethical business practices of Dreamscape Networks / Crazy Domains. In September 2023, my domain cncn.ch expired, but their system systemically CHARGED ME TWICE (44.21 CNY / 8.25 SGD each time) without generating any active invoices in my website dashboard.I have the official bank statement with definitive System Reference Numbers (214426060378 and 011207083017) and Voucher Numbers (650844 and 728747) cleared via Worldpay Ltd.Even though their support team (Ticket Reference # 260826-000086) confirmed the invoice was deleted and the domain was archived, they choose to deny this verified deduction and refuse to return my money. Their customer service acts like a robot, trying to ignore the bank iron proofs. This is an illegal double-billing theft.I demand an English-speaking Billing Manager or Supervisor to look into this case immediately and process a manual refund. I will not remove this 1-star review until my money is returned.

Refusing to activate the domain
Worst experience ever, they refuse to activate my domain. It has been six days, and nothing has happened, they asked me to verify my email, which i did but every day they claim they have stopped working for the day and will start again tomorrow. It is the exact same thing every single day.

On hold for 1 hour to speak to somebody
Have a really simple question to ask, can't access our account and have now been sat on hold for over an hour to try and speak to somebody about it. Awful! Hire some staff to answer the phone. Their online chat just pushes you to read a help document and then ends the chat. Terrible service and will be transferring everything to another provider.

It use to be a good Web hosting provider…
It use to be a good Web hosting provider but now things have changed from being Hero to Zero. I know Crazy Domains Web hosting for more than 12 years, worked with many clients using it, suggested few others to use their services. HOWEVER, for last 3 years, I am facing LOTS and LOTS of issues. Finally my clients have reduced to Just One using this Web hosting provider. One of my client was misguided to go for BUSINESS WebHosting and promised better services but nothing really changed. They sold their OLD services in the name of Business premium service. Seems like their servers is getting VERY OLD OR their experienced staff has left the company. Their CPU limits are hitting roof again and again for just simply task. Though their Customer service is good, but they keep pointing figure at Developers, talk lot about web optimisation. I can easily say that, there is something weird going on in the background. I am with other popular Web hosting providers and can easily compare the services of Crazy Domains with others. VERY Bad experience.
