Après avoir passé commande en juillet…
Après avoir passé commande en juillet j’ai eu le même problème que certaines personnes ici contenu du colis renvoyé car la taille n’allait pas, celui ci est resté plus de 10 jours dans le loquer car ups ne récupère pas les colis à temps arrivé dans leur entrepôt en Italie les vêtements ont été échangé par une serviette et bien gentiment il me propose de me renvoyer la serviette sans même se demander si c’est pas un problème de leur côté quelle blague!!!!! Ne vous faites surtout pas avoir et ne commander jamais sur ce site de malhonnête c’est honteux!!!!!! Plainte réclamation en attendant remboursement plus jamais je ne commanderais!

Abysmal customer service – template excuses, then total ignorance
After a lens was damaged during a standard wash, I contacted support (Ticket #00140435). What followed was a deeply frustrating exchange: support repeatedly sent vague policy quotes and linked a video that only shows how to insert a lens—completely failing to explain how to safely remove it. When I pointed out these logical contradictions and politely asked for a goodwill replacement, C.P. Company simply stopped replying altogether. Ghosting customers instead of providing solutions is shameful service for a so called premium brand.

Bought an item online that was suppose…
Bought an item online that was suppose to be large when it arrived it was like and xxxl trying to return the item. No response from the online form eventhough it says easy returns. THATS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. Ive never known anything so hard. You only have a 14 day window to return and that is fast running out. I would avoid buying from CP COMPANY if you need to return the sevice is none existent. Very disappointing. I will be left with a pair of pants that are of no use because I cannot get hold of anyone to get a returns slip. Diabolical customer service and absolutely none existent easy returns. AVOID

I am extremely disappointed with C.P
I am extremely disappointed with C.P. Company's customer service. I returned my items months ago (Order RO19150), but I am still waiting for my refund of €696.50. The initial refund was sent to a closed bank account and was automatically bounced back to C.P. Company's account. My bank has officially confirmed that they received the funds back. This means C.P. Company currently has both my returned goods AND my money. I have sent multiple emails and a formal notice of default, providing my new IBAN details, but they have stopped responding entirely. Withholding a refund after the 14-day statutory period is a violation of EU consumer law. I urge the management to look into this immediately and process my refund to the bank details I provided. To other customers: be careful, their "refund process" is a nightmare if anything goes slightly wrong.
