Did not receive the item. I followed the tracking for 6 weeks before I complained to the company. I lodged complaints on their Instagram post and their customer support via email. They just send me into a package tracking loop that resolves nothing. Responses appear to be AI. All tracking portals lead to a Chinese logistics website which retroactively states that the item was delivered. Our Ring camera does not confirm the delivery. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card in hopes to at least recoup the money I paid.

Stay clear!!!
Stay clear!!! Item hasn’t arrived, purchased mid July a sticker ‘ stay another day’ in support of people on the edge of ending their life. Cost £10 plus £4 pp, still awaited 5/8/2026.

Biggest scam I’ve ever seen
Biggest scam I’ve ever seen. Advertised on TikTok. Never received products. Gives out fake tracking info. Been a month now. Just got a last message that they are contacting the delivery company and it could take 30-60 days. Another stall tactic. Attorney General needs to be informed about this.

Can I rate them a negative star
Can I rate them a negative star? Ordered a boneless couch on June 21, 2026. Have been waiting since then. Multiple delivery attempt fails. Multiple emails and chats with customer service. I knew when ordering it was a slim chance I would receive. Didn’t pay a lot and for that I am happy about. Lesson learned that if it seems too good to be true it probably is. Don’t waste your time with this deceptive and rude “company”.

I was told i’ll have chairs in 3-5 days. Yea right its been over a month, i asked for a refund now its out of their hands and has to be sent to someone else to see. Tried dispute it with Cash App… No help! 🤦🏾♀️Never again! If i could give -5 stars and the middle finger i would!
