No shipment after payment and still no refund
I have been purchasing watches online for over 10 years, from both small and large dealers, and this has by far been the worst after-sales experience I have ever had. The service after payment was practically non-existent. My first impression of the retailer was positive, with friendly and fast responses to my inquiries. Before placing the order, I specifically asked about the delivery time for this model and was told 4–5 business days. I paid for the watch and everything was confirmed. After the purchase, I asked about the shipment three times and never received a clear answer, only vague responses saying they would look into it and get back to me. It was a simple yes-or-no question: had the watch been shipped or not? If the information about availability was incorrect, they could simply have been honest and explained the situation. Two weeks after the purchase, the watch had still not been shipped, and I had still received absolutely no explanation for the delay. After 16 days, I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. Because of this situation, I had to purchase the watch from another retailer at the last minute, meaning I have now paid for the same watch twice while Corso Vinci is still holding my money. I have still not received my refund or been given a date for when the money will reach my account. I no longer feel comfortable simply relying on their assurances. I will therefore open a case through my bank and to recover my money.

Five-star service. I placed my order directly through the website and then realized I had ordered the wrong model. I contacted the store via WhatsApp and was able to change the item before it was shipped. Everything was handled very quickly, and the product arrived in Portugal much faster than expected. Excellent customer service and outstanding products.
