Copymind is a fantastic tool for additional psychotherapy and when you don't have anyone to talk to about something that bothers you. It can reveal you patterns, give reminders and lists, the courses are excellent and it gives you a positive feeling. However, a combination of the human psychotherapist + Cooymind is a good choice.

Grace under Fire…
Even though it took an awfully long time, once we figured it out, I realized that the onus of this mess wasn’t on Kayla at CopyMind! No one there had a way of knowing what sneakiness my daughter was pulling. Kayla is an outstanding communicator; empathetic with this frustrated customer. She always responded quickly and explained things so well. She definitely is a great asset to Copymind’s customer service! I think she deserves a bonus for handling this aggravating situation with such grace and understanding, while adhering to the policies of her company.

Kayla is a ROCKSTAR
I can’t say enough about Kayla today. I had accidentally let my subscription auto renew because of the recent death of my dad and losing my job last week and explained how I have to cut back on just about everything to pay for some of those unexpected expenses related to his accounts/ his estate, etc. Anyway, she replied immediately -at least it seemed- to my initial support request, and was incredibly compassionate and thoughtful in her personal message back to me. We exchanged a few messages and she never wavered from a level of concern, care, and presence that I’m not used to seeing in the general public these days, let alone the overworked and typically underappreciated customer support specialist. Well, she was unable to process a refund for me, which was my original request, she extended the subscription a few months and now I don’t have to “go there“ with my grief immediately, I have a little breathing room because I just can’t yet. As I shared with her, this enormous weight on my shoulder is now a little bit lighter because of her, and you have no idea how much that is appreciated. Keep up the great work! She has completely restored my faith in customer service, and humans overall.
