!!! ZERO STARS EVERY TIME!!!
Co-op in Birchington in Kent in England - online orders for home deliveries I have filled in all your previous questionnaires and it’s obvious that the Co-op doesn’t care, still gets things wrong, doesn’t apologise, doesn’t compensate, doesn’t change!!! Products stink of perfumes!!! Pay attention to my comments and make the necessary changes But you never will Because you don’t care!!! Allowed quantities are still too small!!!

Well done the Staff at Witney Coop
Well done the Staff at Witney Coop, putting up with the clowns wrecking our High Street, and making it Dangerous and Difficult for Pedestrians to get to the shop, Keep up the good work and Thank you:-) Oxfordshire county council should be ashamed, and quite obviously No H&S Audits of those Roadworks.

The one star is that the delivery was…
The one star is that the delivery was made 30mins after my order was made. Downhill from this point. Bread was outside its date by 3 days unacceptable. I ordered the goods based on the money saving deals. In each case 1 item for each deal was missing ( no substitute given). This meant that although I was short of 7 items totally over £22 . I was refunded under £3. This made the shopping very expensive; I would not have bought what was actually delivered re lack of value. 2 long ( over 1 hour) calls to customer services, 1 redirected call. Had to upload pictures. Now waiting for a call back. Dreadful experience. Not an effective customer service process. 1st time using home delivery- Will not use again.

I was given a wrong packet of cigarettes by the staff they cost 15 pounds but because I had opened them they refused to change them so my cost the coop advertised owned by you no it isn't they don't pay the dividend anymore so where is the millions going?

Click and collect refund made difficult
I’m absolutely appalled. I placed a click-and-collect order and was given a substituted whisky that I did not want. When I collected it I asked for a refund, but was told I had to fill out an online form because they couldn’t refund me in store. The refund policy on the Co-op website is unclear and poorly written. I completed the form and selected the “missing item” option, as there was no choice for an unwanted substitute. This is only my second click-and-collect order and I’ve had problems with both. Looking at the poor reviews here, I’m not going to hold my breath — I will pursue a dispute with my bank. Other supermarkets let you simply hand back unwanted items. Why put customers through all this hassle? Order number COOP_00620652
