Don't trust this company, I ordered specific sizes and weights of sheet silver and square wire, everything was underweight and the dimensions were way off, either they are fiddling you or someone in their company is stealing, either way, be careful

After a fairly straitforward purchase on Wed 12th July, I saw an item on the website, with a price, enquired about it, and was sent an invoice for the purchase price,fine. When I called back for bank details to make payment the price had increased by just under £300, this was explained by saying the price of gold could vary by the time I made payment, but don't worry, you'll get any overpayment back, unfortunately, they didn't say when. On Wednesday afternoon Sigrid said it should be tomorrow, but, if I hadn't received it, I should give her a call and she would chase it up I was then told it should be Monday, when I paid for the item they received the funds within 2 hours, so, they knew exactly how much the overpayment was, so, why has it taken at least 3 working days to process? If all their customers are treated the same way, they must have a very healthy overpayment balance gathering interest, this has taken the shine of what was a perfectly straightforward transaction, and was in fact a test purchase, since this is my first venture into this market There are plenty more places supplying the same product, think I'll be giving them a try I'm hearing good things about Solomon Gold Its now Monday at 3pm, still no refund 16:46 pm refund paid I bought more gold today from solomon global, no surcharge, no hassle, I know where the next deal is going to be

Bought some latter stamps and a holder…
Bought some letter stamps and a holder 6mm, they sent out quick, I'm impressed with quality,however, they sent the wrong sized holder out so had to faff about packing and returning. They sent out replacement quickly. Lady on phone was v helpful.
