Top tip -if you are an employee and you feel like many reviews, unsupported or managed unfairly, DPO at Concentrix dot com, and ask for copied emails,teams messages and documents with your name . This will show documents with your name on it, should any coworker including managers discuss you via teams, emails and documents. It’s a good practice to audit those who audit you, to see if they are doing their roles correct. It is your legal right under GDPR to see this and you never know what may surface that should never have been wrote. Managers and HR need to demonstrate good ethics and compliance with law and policies. Keep asking for copies of policies again to check the people managing are following the right procedure. If managers prevent information you should be entitled to, this raises a red flag and should be escalated. Good luck everyone with hr issues that were undeserved.

MOVE CITIES OR LEAVE THE COMPANY was the email I got after working for Concentrix for 4 years!!! I had my family, my life and my house here so moving was no no I had no option other than to leave which resulted in so many health and mental health issues I was switched between 3 different projects and never given any recognition for my work or for accepting to change projects Also their slogan is THINK HUMAN Nothing they do is human

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Remote work and getting to work in my native language were the only reasons I stayed as long as I did. The absolute worst management I have ever experienced in my career. Disorganized, uncaring, and completely out of touch. HR is a total joke. They offer zero support when actual issues arise. To make matters worse, almost every single month there was a "system error" on my payslip. Having to constantly fight and chase management just to get paid correctly for hours already worked is unacceptable, yet it happened repeatedly throughout my entire two-year tenure. Zero loyalty to employees. After dealing with all this for two years, the project was suddenly shut down and everyone was thrown out without a second thought. Advice to Management: Learn how to run basic payroll, train HR to actually support employees, and treat your staff like human beings rather than disposable numbers.

humility and professionalism
Although I am currently dealing with an ongoing issue involving certain employees rather than the company as a whole, I would like to recognise Andrea Colgan for her exceptional professionalism, kindness and sincerity. Andrea personally intervened to help with the matter and handled the situation in an exemplary way. Her work ethic, integrity and genuine concern were clear throughout, and I only wish every employee demonstrated the same high standards. Andrea has been amazing, and I cannot thank her enough. I sincerely hope senior management sees this review and gives her the recognition she deserves.

Worked here for a total of 12 grueling months under the Microsoft / Concentrix contract. For the first 9 months, I was left completely unsupervised, successfully managing my responsibilities independently. However, the last 3 months turned into an absolute nightmare of micromanagement. Constant, disruptive meetings, obsessive timesheet policing, and endless frustration trying to explain technical concepts to inattentive customers—only to be pushed to work harder and harder under impossible conditions. The reward for a year of dealing with this dysfunction? Getting fired. Compensation was 90,000€ per year, and the final salary payout came out to 7,700€. Management and operational processes here are severely broken. Think twice before taking a role on this account.
