Poor customer service
Can't comment on quality of pillow as it still hasn't arrived, emailed customer service,no reply,no tracking number so you can at least track your parcel yourself,plus I paid for "express delivery" waste of money that was, so it's just a waiting game now.

Have been waiting 3 weeks for my order…
Have been waiting 3 weeks for my order and it still has not arrived. Emailed customer service 3 times and each time was the same, "we have a lot of orders and shipping delays", "we dont have an exact timeline when the package will arrive, we know this can be frustrating" blah blah blah. If I'd know it would take this long I wouldve just ordered one from Amazon. Complete waste of time waiting, no true shipping method and customer service is no help at all... literally just a "it gets there when we feel like getting it there", "wait and see" game for weeks/months

This item is really small. Advert is misleading
This item is really small and books they suppose to provide they didn’t. Image and video they Very disappointing experience with Comfy Sleepers. The advertising was misleading and made the product look much bigger and more substantial than it actually is. When it arrived, I was shocked by how small it was compared with what I expected from the advert. I would not have purchased it if the size had been presented more clearly and accurately. Definitely check the exact measurements before ordering, as the advertising can give a very different impression of the actual product. show is misleading. Do not buy.

I have recently tried to purchase…
I have recently tried to purchase something from this company I have recently moved. I did not realise that the auto address was my older address before I click purchase. I have emailed this company trying to change the address and they have just ignored the email. They’ve now dispatched the item. There is no way of contacting them that I can find really poor service.
